This is the second time with gone in the Escape Lounge before flying. It is well worth the money and gives you plenty of time to chill out before flying. I would recommend it to anyone and would always try and book now each time.

Not very impressed with approach to lounge - down back corridors of Manchester Terminal 2 - even less impressed with an shabby, non-too-clean over furnished (too many tables and chairs) and rather cramped lounge - food and drink ok but appallingly cramped display and self-service area. Female service staff totally indifferent in attitude - definitely not a patch on other airport lounges and definitely not a VIP lounge - not at all sure that it was good value for money and won't be using it again. - lavatories not easily accessible and quite a distance esp. for a disabled person

If you want three double brandies before you fly, but no food, then this is for you as there is plenty of free booze available. Unfortunately this attracts the wrong types and gives poorer value for money to those of us who just one one small beer and a decent sandwich. The choice of food is poor quality cheese sandwiches and little else. You're much better off using one of the excellent cafes in T2 and paying for what you actually want. I'll never use the Escape Lounge again. Actually I used T1 Escape Lounge earlier in the year and that was equally poor. They'll have to change their emphasis to get me in either of them again.

The number of tables and chairs made it overcrowded. Furniture stained, dirty and shabby.Several people in who were clearly drunk. Have used several airport lounges. This one was not a good experience.

Have only used Serviceair in the past, but enjoyed the escape lounge experience, it had more choice of drinks and food with hot soup available, also reception staff were a lot friendlier
