relaxing environment !!unaware was flying such a long distance! certainly but my anxiety at ease!!! Thankyou

This was a birthday treat to start holiday on a relaxed note. Much better than facilites in general areas of airport, quieter and less crowded. Just needs a little updating mainly on seating. Would definitely use again.

beat the hustle and long waiting on them hard seats by enjoying a visit to the escape lounge for a relaxed and comforting wait before departure. cant wait to go again...

We certainly escaped to the delightful calm of the lounge! The food was greater than expected, it was undersold! Rare in this day! All the staff were excellent,and a perfect way to start our holiday. It was great to have a base to go from and cut down on the duty free bills dramatically, as we were so content! I had a Harvey Wallbanger accompanied by an excellent piece of carrot cake, (because that was what I fancied!) My husband had a chicken salad with a G&T,our kids had snacks and drinks to their hearts content, and we all read papers and magazines and finished off with a scrummy coffee-Doewe Egberts. Perfect in every way! And we are fussy people!!

The air conditioned atmosphere and pleasant staff makes the start of the holiday excellent, I would recommend this to anyone for value and comfort, well worth the money, we would do this everytime we fly from an airport with this facility. Thank you

We feel comfortable and relaxed in the Escape Lounge away from the crowds and this makes for a great start to the holiday. We always find it is great value not only for the food and drinks but also the friendly staff and the relaxing atmosphere and comfortable seating.

Great value for money, the room although not large had plenty of seating. The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the facilities available.

Great way to start holiday, quiet ambience and food and drinks of good standard especially the mushroom soup which was served efficiently and well presented.

Good relaxing experiance visited the lounge at manchester terminal 2 & it would have been better if could see the runway. but overall better experiance & quality than servisair lounges.

Made to feel welcome the moment we arrived I asked for Sky Sports on the TV, and the mature chap on duty, a smashing fellow, immedaitely agreed to switch over to the Channel.....We enjoyed a salad, and it was first class as was the wine of the highest quality...It got the holiday off to a really good start, and we will deff go again. Well done to all inc the Lady on reception, also very friendly and helpful...
