Arrival Procedure
Report to the Days Inn Hotel reception and check-in. You will then be directed to park your car in the arrivals area at the rear of the hotel. Present your printed confirmation or quote your booking reference and then hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst your board the free transfer bus to the terminal.
If you have booked Airparks' Express/Premium Service, please follow these arrival instructions:
Drive onto the site and the barrier will open as you approach. Present your printed confirmation email or quote your booking reference to reception staff and hand in your car keys only. Please make sure to take your return flight details with you to reception. Your vehicle will be parked for you while you board the transfer bus to the terminal.
Airparks recommends allowing 40 minutes to complete check in and transfer to the airport.
Departure Procedure
Upon your return simply wait at the bus stop where you were dropped off and the car park's 30-minute bus service will transfer you back to Airparks. If you chose the Airparks Express/Premium service there is no need for a transfer, as your car will be brought to you at the terminal upon your return.
Transfer information
Transfers operate every 30 minutes between 04.00 - 23.15, then on request. During the morning and afternoon busy periods you should allow extra time for checking in your vehicle and transferring to the airport to compensate for traffic delays.

Other Important Information
PLEASE NOTE: If booking the Airparks EXPRESS service, your vehicle will be delivered to you at the airport terminal upon your return, eliminating the need for a transfer back to the car park and letting you get on the road quicker.
No motor homes, minibuses, lorries, caravans, trailers or other high sided vehicles are permitted even if multiple space are booked. Airparks are unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects which do not fit on the luggage racks. We recommend that you use these directions in conjunction with an up to date map. This is parking at Airparks serving Cardiff Airport, not the on-site parking at the airport. Your car will be checked by Airparks staff and digital, time-stamped photographs will be taken of any marks or damage.
Directions to Cardiff Airparks
We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.
- Exit the M4 at Junction 33 and follow the A4232, signposted Barry/Cardiff Airport A4050/A48 Cardiff Centre.
- At the A48 junction roundabout take the 3rd exit, signposted A4050 Barry/Airport.
- Next 6 roundabouts: Follow A4050 Barry/Airport.
- At the 7th roundabout take the 2nd exit, Barry/Airport A4050.
- At the 8th roundabout, take the 2nd exit.
- At the 9th roundabout adjacent to the petrol station, take the 2nd exit.
- When you reach the 10th roundabout take the 1st exit, signposted Cardiff Airport.
- The entrance to Airparks and Cardiff Days Inn is approximately 200 metres on the right-hand side.

No problems except for the return pick up which took a long time and it was bitterly cold weather
Easy to use and well run. Don't forget to remove your 'bar code' tag from the car keys when leaving (it has to be scanned to open the gate)
I find your service is second to none I have used other parking facilities at Cardiff but found yours the best value for money.
The staff were very helpful and the serverice was very good we had no truble useing the transfer even though we had a wheelchair with us, thank you and we will be useing airparks again
It is a very good service and we would use this service above all others available at Cardiff Wales Airport. We have used it before and there is always a bus when we land. The car is always ready to go and the staff are always ready to help.
The check in system has improved since my last visit, but it was not explained that you no longer check in at the Hotel.People were hanging around waiting for the bus to the airport, with no reason for the wait. Upon return the coach was later than expected, and people were crammed in to save another coach. This meant there were about 9 people standing in the aisles. My car was easy to find and the new system of using a bar code to raise the exit barrier good.
We have used this service before and find it meets our needs perfectly. Staff are friendly and helpful, the transfer buses run on time, and it is reasonably priced. What more can you want?
What we like most about Airparks is that the car is parked adjacent to the Reception Office and we do not have to spend time looking for it. We have used Airparks in the past and will most certainly use them again in the future. Good value for money.
Very easy to find did not have to wait long for transfers, very helpful would use again
Yes my car was looked after, unfortunately my car key was not. I know this is small but they dont seem to look after your keys and keyrings etc. Staff were very rude and even challenged me when they asked what time we were returning. When I told them they were adamant I was incorrect and this discussion took some time until I had to prove my honesty by showing them the tickets! Very expensive but didnt have a great deal of choice
On the outward journey very early in the morning met by helpful and cheerful staff and were at the airport within 15 minutes. On the return even though our flight was an hour late the coach was ready to take us back to the car park where our car was within 10 yards of the bus stop and we were on our way within 5 minutes. Top value for money and excellent service.
again a very efficiently run service I have used airparks several times and they have not let me down once
Nice and close to the airport but I was suprised to have to wait for 15 minutes for the return bus coming home.
The whole process was very well organised and friendly. I was initially concerned that the transfers were only every 20 minutes. In reality by the time you book in and unload the car, its time to go. The jorney from the car park to the airport is so short (about a mile)the brief Health and Safety video hadn't even finished :-) Shame! Top Marks!
buses take off every 20 minsfrom their base,when the flight landed there were 2 airparks buses waiting,the driver was very helpful he even put my suitcases in the storage area ,most satisfactory.i will be using their services again on wed 11th when i travel to italy to watch wales thrashing them. john davis
Check in at 02:20 was quick. Parking was close to the entrance and then there was only a short walk to the bus. Bus departed after about 5 mins and we were in the airport a few minutes later. On return the bus was waiting outside arrivals and our car was already positioned near the car park entrance when we were dropped off. Excellent service.
This company provided outstanding service from the moment I booked over the internet to arriving at the reception to book my car in. I was then given a ticket and my car was parked safely for me while I took the transfer coach to the airpprt which was just 1 min away. Very prompt transfer and good driver who helped with instructions when arriving back. On arrival back, coach was waiting for me which took me back to reception where the keys for my car were waiting while my car was waiting right outside reception for me. I was really impressed with this outstanding service. This is the 4th time I have used this car parking company at Cardiff and would highly recommend. Thank you. R Davies
Easy to use. Car is brought to the front of the car park for your return & the service was very friendly.
Have used Airparks on a number of occasions and have found the service to be very good and competitive everytime
From booking online to using the the parking was really good.I didnt have to wait more than five minutes for the transfer to arrive and my car was waiting for me by the exit when i arrived home, perfect service would reccomend and use again.
