Arrived 03.00 two cheerful staff present. On return I had no ticket for my keys due to having my wallet stolen. Problem resolved in about 5 mins. Only criticism, location is not the Day's Inn as stated in my confirmation, it now has a different name

My booking had not turned up on their system but the employee booked me in via the check in desk. She was very friendly and helpful. Only downside is I had to wait 35 mins for the bus to pick me up from the airport. Maybe there can be a phone number to call when people are at the bus stop ready to be picked up.

When we last used this car park we were dropped off and picked up right outside the terminal building, that is why we used this service. However, when we got the airport we were dropped off a considerable way from the terminal building and had to carry our cases, the same on the way back. If we were informed of this we would have used alternative car parking facilities. Not happy, especially when we had to help OAP's with their cases, not because we had to but because we felt sorry for them struggling. It should have been plainer on the booking form that you have to walk too and from the terminal to the bus stop. Will not use them again for this reason.

This was the first time for us to use your company, and very happy with everything. We didnt have to wait long for the transfer bus. Will definately use this service again.

We arrived at 5 minutes to the hour and were told that we would have to wait for the next bus as our car could not be processed in time for the bus that had to leave on the hour - the staff were disinterested and rude when we asked at what time the next bus left for the airport. The clock showed that the next bus would leave at half past the hour when we asked did we have to wait for half an hour they did not care. I will serioulsy think about using you again based on this poor level of customer service. If the attendants had spoken to us but they were, as i have already stated, disinterested. The bus in fact returned at 5.15 and we were able to board, but no one explained this.

Very good service but we were crammed on the bus on the way back like sardines with our suitcases and there was about another 12 people left but the driver said all the people would fit on , The other people refused thank god as it was dangerous as it was and if there had been an accident i dread to think what would have happened . Apart from this i would use the service again but i would wait for the next bus .

I travel from many of UK airports every month and Cardiff has to be one of the worst for access it took me one and a half hours to collect my car waiting half an hour to get picked up to collect ones car isnt good enough I remember when the service ran every ten minutes. I vary my parking between on and off the airport sometime the prices are cheaper on. I am looking at the services of some of the ather contractors as a future option What are Airparks opinion of Cardiffs access arangments?

We have always booked our car into the days hotel car park(airparks) The service has deteriated in our opinion. We had to walk a considerable distance to the airport from where the bus dropped us off with our suitcases. When we returned and had to walk this distance again to where the bus was picking us up, we had to wait 20 minutes for it to arrive and then some passengers were left at stop as there was not enough room. The driver was of no help whatsoever.

as above, and I was not the only one who didn't see any signs. Worst of all if it had been raining we would have all been like drownded rats.I know ther is work being carried out in front of the airport,but surely a bigger sign o/s arrivals wouldn't go a miss
