Overall this was a good experience with excellent value money for 5 days parking. The only downside was when we came to collect the car it was pretty difficult to get out of the parking bay due to the close proximity of other cars to the sides and to the rear.

For £3-£4 pounds a week cheaper than NCP, i won't be using them again, Staff not very helpful, Lighting and carpark surface poor (not good for pulling cases over),only one bus serviceing our return flight, leaving half of us standing in the rain for 15 mins

I was aware that changes had taken place since last visit...staff were helpful, but could have been a little more courteous, especially on my return trip in the dark with a heavy suitcase; the light is not good on the carpark, the ground is rough to trail your suitcase on and it is easy to trip and fall (I have bad legs and hip). No offer of help and making sure one is okay. Also getting into the bus, no help was offered to put my case in the rack by their staff....or to take it down ( a passenger helped me) NOT good!!! I will use their carpark again, as it is well located for me. We live in a fast and hostile world, a little care and consideration goes a long way. Thank you.

reception was good and transport to the airport,but noticed the parking area was very rough and dirty,in fact our car was covered with dust and dirt,it was also punctured also the car was not ready,as they had us down for pm not am.(the parking area badly needs tarmac

Overall we had no problems with the parking facilities. The connection from the Car Park to the Airport (via Bus) was very good and the same on are return. The only draw back we could say is that the Parking surface is not tarmac so expect a very dusty car on your return. However this is due to change in the near future. But overall a very good service was provided.Also if you ask the car will be washed prior to your return but you need to state this on your outward trip

We were very pleased with the service offered and have used Cardiff Airparks two years running. We will certainly use this service again. On our return to Cardiff we did have a short wait for another bus as the bus was full but luckily the weather was fine and we weren't kept waiting very long.

Tuesday morning 30/05/06 02-30am late flight from Alicante. We arrived back at Airparks to pick up the car and the car was not ready for collection in the usual place, there was no record on the PC of our arrival and the keys were not on the rack ready for our collection. We had to wait for some 20 minutes while the attendant found the keys and brought out the car. Usually your service is very good but on this occasion not so good, but we will still your company in the future. Regards, Chris Durose

Your large buses may be great for transporting people but are dedinitely not good for carrying luggage. Having to lift heavy bags into a rack at shoulder height is a risk to health and safety as is the number of passangers and the amount of luggage. Carrying cases up the narrow aisle is difficult and dangerous. Please go back to your rear luggage transport or risk losing custom!

Check in has been greatly improved with the new computer bar coding. I just gave my name and confirmed my vehicle details and everything was printed in seconds. Collection from the airport was excellent - the bus was outside waiting. Great. I will definitely be using this service again.

Had to wait 10 mins on cold windy day for bus to pick up form airport, The parking surface was muddy and the car carpet was very muddy from staff dirty shoes moving car.

Near the airport. Easy to book and use. Value for money. Staff helpful and give tips to save time on the return.

Outward staff great. Return staff not great. Late to collect us from airport and last to get my car keys because he couldn't find them.

Excellent service. The bus was waiting to pick us up upon our return, and our car was ready and waiting. Hassle-free, very good value for money and I would recommend this service to anyone.

Easy to book over internet. Straightforward procedure for checking in. Bus was waiting to take passengers to airport, people were sitting on the bus - don't know for how long. I was lucky, bus left within minutes. If I'd missed that one, don't know how long I would have waited for the next. On return, didn't need to phone, bus was outside waiting for me and another passenger. Will definitely use them again.
