The instructions on how to get there were excellent. Drove right into the parking area, which had very good security and then only feet away from the bus so not a lot of dragging. No waiting for buses on outward or inward journey. Only a few minutes away from the airport. Buses were large enough to take people and their luggage with proper bays for suitcases. Dropped right outside the entrance to the airport-great. Cars ready on arrival back. So quick escape! And, most importantly, very reasonably priced. It is a shame we will not be using this Cardiff parking very often as we live in Kent. I will be looking on this website for Gatwick in the future though. It was excellent. Recommend to anybody.

Coach took a long time to fill up and then depart so I got a little anxious that I may miss check-in; maybe more emphasis of time required to allow for transfer.

Car parking easy, quick, cheap and secure. Had to wait about 20 mins at Cardiff airport for pick up, but that's not too bad. You get dropped off at terminal door, better than parking in airport where you have a long walk.

Car parked next to entrance on return, key retrieved within 1 minute. Car park clean, well surfaced and good lighting. Close to airport, easy to find.

on arrival,not knowing the proceedure for parking,i had little to no guidance from staff on duty which i found very annoying.On collectig my car i found the inside door panel scuffed with mud and also muddy carpets.Not acceptable sorry !!

staff were helpful and friendly. coach arrived shortly after arrival back. our car was parked only afew feet away on return to car park. we will definately be using this service again and will recommend to friends. thankyou

This is the third time that I have used Cardiff Days Inn to leave my car whilst flying from cardiff to a number of different destinations and each time the service has been excellent. I am surprised anyone would wish to use any other service given the excellent service offered by Cardiff Days Inn.

handling luggage and skis onto bus was quite tiring and the wait was frustrating even though the airport was just a few minutes away. The convenience of the parking however made up for the waiting and double handling of luggage from car to coach.

I was very pleased with the service I received and will definitely use these services again. We waited only a few minutes both going and coming back for pich up. Exellent service.

There were muddy footprints on the car mats,and sill. Dashboard dials had been used. Both these were no great problem, but seemed a little unprofessional.

Easy to find, on main road to airport, check-in was prompt, even at 4:30 am. Only problem was on return, there were more passangers than the bus could take so some had to wait until the one bus in use came back around.

Found the car park easily. The front desk staff were very helpful. Just left the car and it was parked for me. On return the only minor irritation was the marking of the bays. I was told my car was in row C. But I was not advised where row C was. Confusing in the dark. Will use again.

I cannot say enough about the service from start to finish. The receptionist was extemely pleasant (even at 4.30 am. in the morning),and everything else was conducted in a very professional manner. The security is very well managed. I found it extremely easy. NO fuss at all. Absolutely great!! Will use this service whenever I go abroad. I have already advised my friends of the service. Very easy to arrange on internet. Arrived with voucher and within ten mins we were loaded and at the airport via the arranged transport. Had the same going back to my car although the bus was a lot busier. Both drivers were very efficient and helpful. Would use every time now if going from Cardiff Airport.

We would never use service again because of the attitude of their driver. He was aggresive when we said how long we had waited and called us liars. He maintained he did not leave airport on last run until 12:00 but I have a call on my phone recording a call to them at 11:56am because we had already waited nearly 10 mins then. I did not go into this with this man at the time as his aggression and attitude prevented it.

Miserable bus driver, rude to one family. No explanation from staff on car keys & return procedure. When I got home I realised that my house keys were not on my my keyring. I rang, was told keys were in car, which they were but when I said I should have been told at carpark I was told I there was a sign by keybox. I did not see it or any signs on bus. I know you have procedures but don't forget the staff are there every day but the customers may only use your facility once every few years so we customers need to be better informed by your staff. After a long, tiring flight it would be nice to be greeted by a smiling face but that was certainly not the case. In Feb I used Highwayman, what a difference; freindly, chatty staff who were allowed to help customers with luggage. Next time I use Cardiff Airport I'll be going back to them.

On the return journey, the coach driver let everyone onto the bus before announcing where it was going. Consequently a number of people and their luggage had to get off the bus causing some confusion and delay. Admittedly they should have read the sign on the front of the bus but this is not always done evidently. A notice by the luggage racks would be helpful asking people to put smaller cases on the upper shelf rather than on the lower one.

unfortnately when i picked up my car at the end of the holiday it had a slight bump in the near side front wing. I have contacted them by e mail, but todate they have not replied. I won't be using them again and i will be pursuing my claim to recover the cost of repairing my car.

No hassle, just turn up at the carpark; seen within minutes at reception, park car straight away, bus every 10 minutes and straight on the bus as you step out of your car, which is great when you have kids and luggage! Return trip was as good; bus arrived 10 minutes after coming out of airport, no telephone calls, no hassle.

i find it very easy to park at airpark cardiff now they have new surface for the cars it is clean and the bus drivers are very helpfull as my husband is disabled they always help with the cases.we have used the car park many times and will do so again.
