A quick helpful service with regular transfers although we had to wait a while on the return journey but nothing too drastic and may have been due to increased airport security at the time. On the downside I seem to remember it being not too well lit when we arrived around 4.00am but would definitely use you again.

Car Park resembled a building site on the 12th June. Key drop off point was insecure (unlocked wooden letter box which allowed anyone access to the keys) Waited over 30 minutes for the return transfer bus to arrive. Resolved by contacting Hotel Reception who walked around to the driver. Very disappointed with overall service and will not consider to use again and will advise others to avoid. A reply would be appreciated.

It took minutes to book in and get onto the transfer bus to the airport. The same happened on the way back with a bus waiting at the designated stop. My car had been parked by the exit ready for me to pick up. The service was excellent and value for money!!

We were very pleased to find the parking so close to the airport and the whole system worked really well for us. There was a slight delay on our return, but nothing major and the car was waiting for us, making for a quick get away. I would certainly use the company again and recommend to others

everything was so easy finding the place booking in transfer to airport within a few minutes.the airportbus was waiting for us as we came out of airport and transfered us strait back to carpark where our car was only a 10 second walk. staff were very polite.well done.

Upon arrival at car park we were given clear instruction to park our car, upon doing so we climbed aboard a waiting transfer bus, the trip to the airport was about 5 minutes long, a very easy uncomplicated service which made the holiday get off to a very good start. Collection was just as smooth, the transfer bus met us at the airport, no delays, no problem with the car upon return to the car park.

Despite arriving at the unearthly hour of 3.30 am we received a friendly welcome from both reception and car park staff. The check-in process was quick and efficient. On our return there was a short wait for the transfer coach, but picking the car up was again quick and trouble-free, even though there was a full coachload of people to process. We will definitely use this parking service again.

Regarding customer service the person who drove us to the airport needs some customer service training I understand that it was early morning but he was not at all polite and spoke to us quite off handed. Not very helpful on our return again he did not help even to pull the curtain back for us to put our cases in the rack I was amased he moved to secure it before we left. I will use again as it was good value for money. Thank you

when we reurned the attendant mixed up our reference card resulting in him claiming we had given him the wrong card and that our car keys were not on the appropriate hook! this resulted in a 20 minute delay until he realised his mistake and finally provided us with our car keys.

I only park at Airparks and ride in on the bus. I take my husband to the airport with the luggage.Then I drive back and park the car and get on the bus with no luggage.Visa versa on arrival back at airport. We realised this was the easier than lifting our luggage onto the bus. I did find the carpark dark and muddy under foot. But it has improved a little in the last year.

The service from staff was much improved the last time I used your facility. Kind and helpfull, attent. Thank you!!!!! When returning at night I find the carpark dark, car very dusty always,..the surface of parking area can be wet and uneven, so I am always a little worried walking there with luggage to see to as well. See you next trip.

It's in the name "Simply Parking" couldn't have been easier!

The arrangement for booking in and the security system of the car parking was excellant, also the transfers to and from the air terminal. Unfortunately on our return it had rained and the numerous potholes in the parking area meant that not only did we have difficulties traversing the area but our luggage became wet and muddy.

Overall very good value indeed. Good facility, although a little dark in areas when we arrived to pick up our car. Transfers to airport excellent. Easy to book, find and park. Would use again and also would recommend to others. Thank you!

Just what you want from a car parking service - reliable and efficient. A good way to start and finish a holiday. Would strongly recommend Cardiff Airparks to everyone and will certainly be using them again.

Did not think much of the sign to direct us to the actual car park. Other parks give you a card with their number on, so when you land on arrival at airport you ring number and when you arrive at car park, your car is in a numbered bay and not blocking anyone in as happened at your park.

Booking was easy and instructions simple to follow. Did not have to wait for the bus - no hanging about. Footwell of car was mucky on return - probably due to the bad weather during the week and the surface of the car park. Was not happy with the luggage rack on the bus, the driver was not permitted to assist with lifting luggage for health and safety reasons. All the lower racks were full and everyone was having problems lifting their heavy cases on and off a high rack.

I think my friend would have preferred the 'meet and greet' service as she had difficulty in lifting her suitcase on to the bus and manoevering it into the luggage section - presumably with 'meet and greet' luggage is handled for you? That apart it was a bit confusing on arrival as we were unsure where to park the car and the one member of staff on duty was trying to organise everything singlehandedly. I appreciated that more staff would mean higher costs but,again,my friend was not impressed. I was perfectly happy with everything and would happily use the service again.

The only negative experience was the lack of help from the bus driver on pick up from airport to car park. This driver watched as elderly and mostly female travellers struggled to get their cases onto the bus. After a major operation I was unable to assist. This annoyed my wife as the driver just stood and gave orders as to where to put the cases some which need to be lifted above the heads of the women in question. On arrival at the car park he immediately got off the bus and didn't help anyone. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the driver but was appalled at his lack of consideration and assistance.

I did ask one member of staff to dispose of some food that I'd accidently left in the boot of my car - I didn't remember till I got to the airport - he said he would but didn't - I know its not his job to do this but when I icked the car up after 4 days the sandwiches had gone all mouldy - ither than that everything was fine - if a bit hasty - felt a bit rushed - but glad that my car was left somewhere that was secure
