We were a little apprehensive as we had never used this service before but we only waited two minutes for the driver to meet us at Gatwick and he was waiting for us when we returned. He immediately took the mileage on arrival, was courteous and helpful. We would use this service again as we took my elderly mother who has mobility problems and would not be able to climb into coaches from off airport parking premises.

The collection driver was a bit late and the phone operator had no knowledge of our booking. A driver was sent and provided the us with the correct documentation. Drivers need a uniform or at least some sort of visual identification. The cost of this service was cheaper than normal airport parking but did not save us that much time. However it was a less stressful beginning and end to our vacation. A good was service provided with some room for improvement.

Excellent service, great price, dropped car off outside terminal and picked it up from there as well, all for the same price as an off site car park, what more can you ask for?

although we arrived early and initially they didnt have a driver, they called back immediately and arranged someone to come within 15 mins - in all i was very pleased with the service and will use them again

When we left England the meet at Gatwick was perfect but coming home was awful. We called our contact when we collected our luggage and were told they would be 15mins. We ended up wating 75mins for our car to turn up. Whenever we called the contact number the call went straight to a message that said "call back as the voicemail is inactive and you cannot leave a message!!" When he finally turned up he simply said traffic was bad, handed the key back and walked off.

the pick up was excellent but the return was dissapointing, we were left outside the airport for over 30 mins and only just missed a very heavy downpour. When you are very tired after a long journey this did not help. A shame really. Nick Ingleby

I found this the most convenient way to sort out the car parking before and after flying. No hassle of shifting heavy luggage few times if using park and ride for example. will do it again and recommend to anyone.
