Simply drive up to the car park reception where you will be checked in by a reservations officer. You will be required to leave your car keys.

Once you have collected your luggage simply call 01895 442244 and the courtesy bus will pick you up as detailed:

  • Terminal 1: Ground floor of the short stay car park section B
  • Terminal 3: Top floor level 5 of the short stay car park
  • Terminal 4 As you exit the arrival hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. Pick up point will beside the ticket machines ( near middle car park lifts).
  • Terminal 5 Level 4 of the short stay car park section R and S

  • Come off M4 at Exit 4
  • At junction 4, exit onto the Stockley Rd/A408
  • Go past three sets of traffic lights and the Crown Plaza hotel on the left, continue on the A408 to a set of lights on a roundabout, carry on forward to another set of lights (lavender rise) travel forward about 500mtrs and look for a sign on your left Horton Road, Stockley Park
  • Go down the ramp and bear left at the 1st roundabout, the next roundabout continue forward onto Horton rd.
  • At the end of Horton rd turn left onto the High St
  • Go over the canal bridge and turn left at Barclays bank, approx 100 m follow signs to West Drayton Business Park. The car park office is on the right hand side before the car wash.

Priority Park and Ride is very easy to find (right next to West Drayton Station) and there is no gated entry which you get with large parking complex. It offers a personal service and you are seated in a clean and new Mercedes people carrier. Almost no waiting time for transfer. You vehicle is stored/parked in a small secured area and off you go once you get dropped off. I would definitely use Priority Park again.

Arrived to find office locked and several people waiting. Phoned number but was 20 mins until anybody arrived. Drop off seemed very disorgasnied - we were consequently late and were very unassured that the car was safe. However, on return we were upgraded to meet and greet and the staff member returning the car was friendly and efficient. Definitely 2 very different experiences in one trip.

Cheapest price available, facility not quite what expected but suitable for my requirements, not too far from terminal, staff were polite and helpful and happy that my car came to pick me up from terminal so could drive straight home.

We dropped the car off in West Drayton, which is 10-15 minutes away from Heathrow Terminal 5. Not that straightforward to find, but once there we were checked in with no queuing and then dropped off to the airport. On return was pleasantly surprised to have our car brought to the Terminal.

As we had a lot of suitcases and I wasn't sure what to expect, I actually dropped my family off at the airport before going to drop my car off. This turned out to be unnecessary as the minibus used to take me to the airport was big enough for all of us and all the suitcases. When we came back to England again and phoned to be picked up , we only had a short wait for the minibus. We were dropped off right beside our car. The service was cheaper than paying for taxis and the driver was efficient and friendly. Would use them again.

This was the 1st time I had used this service but would certainly use again communications with the driver was very good, the vehicles used were very comfortable and the directions given were easy to follow and accurate,what you don't need at the start and the end of a holiday is added stress and this experience was completely stress free.

I was very satisfied with the service provided. Since you leave and pick up your car at the reception area you have no idea where your car is parked or how secure it is - but nothing gave me cause for concern. I didn't have to wait at all for a transfer at either end, so found the service very efficient. Polite and friendly drivers.
