Catch the transfer bus back to Park Wise, go to reception with your receipt, and your car will be waiting for you in a nearby parking bay.

At Terminal 1, go to bus stop 5. For Terminal 3 go to bus stop 22.

From the M4:

  • Exit the motorway at Junction 4 and follow the signs for Terminals 1-3.
  • At the end of the M4 spur road, keep left and go under the bridge, following signs for Long Stay Parking.
  • Take the second exit off the roundabout onto the East Ramp, opposite the Emirates aeroplane.
  • At the Nene Road roundabout, take the third exit onto Nene Road.
  • At the traffic lights, turn left onto Northern Perimeter Road, following signs for Long Stay Parking.
  • Go straight on at two more sets of traffic lights and follow the road around to the right.
  • The entrance to Park Wise will be on your left, approximately 300 yards after the lights.

From the M25:

  • Exit the motorway at Junction 15, take the M4 towards London, then follow the directions above.

We had to park in the long stay as the car park we were in was being closed at the end of the month, the attendant was very helpful and really friendly. The service was very good though and we just got our ticket validated at Customer Services on the way out.

We were advised on arrival that we had to go to long stay car park as you had been overbooked due to Olympics. I'm not quite sure why this was only known on the day but it didn't cause us any problems: might have done if we were running late though.

After parking my vehicle I rode in style as the sole occupant of the shuttle bus, on the return trip there was a wait of about 10 minutes outside the terminal for the bus which during the ride seemed a little short on suspension ( a very bumpy ride). However I would still use the service again as it made my journey much easier to manage. Thank you Parkwise.

One problem was we lost our receipt and no phone number is available for bus collection from internet or bus stop or 118. Taxis would not take us there, we were properly stuck until 2hours later a bus happened to turn up for some other customer.Something needs to be put in place for this eventuallity for customers who had this problem...
