From the M4:

  • Exit the motorway at Junction 4 and follow the signs for Terminals 1-3.
  • At the end of the M4 spur road, keep left and go under the bridge, following signs for Long Stay Parking.
  • Take the second exit off the roundabout onto the East Ramp, opposite the Emirates aeroplane.
  • At the Nene Road roundabout, take the third exit onto Nene Road.
  • At the traffic lights, turn left onto Northern Perimeter Road, following signs for Long Stay Parking.
  • Go straight on at two more sets of traffic lights and follow the road around to the right.
  • The entrance to Park Wise will be on your left, approximately 300 yards after the lights.

Be careful when entering your travel dates - my return date was way out. I'm sure it was my mistake. Parkwise were accommodating nonetheless.

The initial information was comprehensive. We were met by friendly and helpful staff. Transfers were speedy and staff were helpful and polite. On our return journey we we unexpectedly early and were unable to contact Parkwise to tell them. However we phoned them on arrival and by the time we arrived 20 minutes later our car was ready and running in the freezing cold ready for us.

We usually stay at a hotel before our trips abroad and park the car there (Sheraton Heathrow or Radisson Edwardian). This time, we looked for car parking on the day and drove up from Suffolk. Park Wise was very efficient and both the personnel at reception on our arrival, and both coach drivers were polite, efficient and, most of all, punctual. All in all, a very satisfying experience.

I needed to adjust my arrival time at Heathrow and the re-booking was handled quickly and efficiently. When I got to Park Wise I was greeted by the staff in a very friendly way and within a few minutes I was on my way to Terminal 3. On my return I phoned for the transfer bus which turned up 10 minutes later. The driver loaded my luggage and when we got to Park Wise my car was ready and waiting for me just yards away. Although I was an hour later than estimated - taking me into the next 24 hour period I was not asked to pay any extra, which was very gratifying. Based on this first experience with them, whenever I fly from Heathrow, Park Wise with be my first carpark choice and I will be recommending them without hesitation to my family and friends.
