Arrival Procedure
On arrival at the car park, simply find a space and park your vehicle. Board the transfer bus, producing your confirmation email to the driver as proof of your booking.
Departure Procedure
Exit the terminal and turn left. Cross the pedestrian crossing and turn left. Continue for approximately 40 metres to the bus stop. Board the transfer bus, producing your confirmation email to the driver as proof of your booking. The bus will then take you directly to your car. If you have overstayed the pre-booked duration, you will be required to pay any additional days at the car park's standard gate rate.
Transfer information
Transfer bus service operates every 15 minutes at peak times and on-demand during off-peak times. Transfers to the airport terminal take approximately 5-10 minutes. Please Note: the car park recommends allowing 30 minutes from parking your car to reaching the airport check-in.

From the East:
- Exit the M27 at Junction 5 for Southampton Airport.
- Take the third exit off the roundabout onto Stoneham Lane, signposted Sports Centre, Chandlers Ford and Concorde Club.
- Continue for 1 mile, passing the Concorde Club on the right.
- The entrance to the car park is on the left.
Important: If you do not pass the Concorde Club on your right, you have taken the wrong turning.
From the west:
- Exit the M27 at Junction 5 for Southampton Airport.
- Take the 1st exit slip off the roundabout, signposted Sports Centre, Chandlers Ford and Concorde Club.
- Continue for 1 mile, past the Concorde Club on your right.
- The entrance to the car park is on the left.
Important: If you do not pass the Concorde Club on your right, you have taken the wrong turning.

I had left my window open and the staff civered it for me. I was very grateful for this service
The mini bus was there ready to transfer us to the airport as we got out of the car which was brilliant. Driver was friendly and journey was quick. We managed to flag the bus down on the return trip as it went round the roundabout so we didnt have to wait on the way back either. I would definitely park here again.

Cheap, but rubbish signposting so allow time to find it! Transfers were v good though...

we arrived at the car park, directions provided made it very easy to find. the transfer bus driver was there, ready and waiting and expecting us. he even drove round to where we had parked our car to pick us up and put our luggage on the bus! on our return, we simply had to ring a mobile number provided and they were there to collect us within 10 minutes. fantastic service provided, absolutely worth the money.
Only issue is security, or the apparent lack of it. Is there any security overnight? During the day its obviously got people in attendance but probably not at night.
The place was easy to find; the staff were very good and picked us up immediately, both on arrival and departure, and what is more, they brought their coach right up to where our car was parked, so there was no walking, and they made sure we had the keys and were able to open our car before they left. We were there in daylight so I cannot comment on the lighting, but everything else was AOK.
good value for money, friendly service and quick shuttle return. Only let down I felt, was the lack of good sign posts, especially on arrival in Stoneham Lane. Other than that, I would recommmend it.
Easy to book, efficient service. Bus was there as I arrived for instant transfer to airport. On my return, minibus arrived within 5 minutes of me phoning. Would use this service again.
Bus waiting to take me to airport. Phonecall on return was anwered immediatley and transfer arrived within ten minutes. Can't be easier than that. :-)
We found the booking easy on line, prices as stated, with immediate confirmation of our booking. The directions were very clear and concise from the M27. Arrival and parking at the Park and Ride was a doddle and not stressfull at all. The bus arrived to the rear of our car, cases in the hold, 6/7 minutes to the airport departure area. Stopped alongside the trolleys, cases on, and 1 minutes walk to the terminal building-- so how simple is that!
We have now used this facility on a number of occasions and can happily report an excellent service each time. The friendly helpful staff assist with luggage (great when you have small children to look after), the transfer is by a modern fleet of busses with seat belts, and you are dropped almost outside the front door. Pick-up is just as smooth with no more than a couple of minutes to wait with a short (and I mean short) walk to the designated pick-up point. Same friendly staff though on the way back! Highly recommneded.
The only thing I would say is that it's a little expensive for off site car parking. Luton airport on site long stay was quite a lot cheaper.

Easy to find from the motorway. Bus drew up beside the car to save us struggling with bags. Swift transfer to the airport. No waiting on return journey, bus arrived almost immediately we arrived at stop. Not sure about security of site, no security gates as at other car parks we've used. Site looked pretty open and it was not clear that staff were on duty, except for the bus drivers. Staff really pleasant.
The driver was very frendly and made the time to wait while I parked my car as we arrived just as he was about to depart for the airport. We were given good instruction about our pick up point, which was only a five minute walk from the terminal. On arrival back in U,K, one phone call was all that was needed for us to contact the driver and we were back at the car park 30 minutes after landing. (It was a late wet November night and we appreciated the good service).
Outward Was Very Good ,On return We had problems at the airport , My partner being disabled found it very difficult as we could not phone for the pickup , we were sent on various routes to get the bus. we eventually got some. Not very Pleased with that. W.Jordanone to phone for us to be picked up
Could not fault the staff or carpark, however on the return, although the distance from the terminal to the bus pick up point is a short walking distance it was very difficult pushing a luggage trolly along the pavement and there was no dropped kerb at the bus stop/shelter.
The coach drivers were outstanding ambassadors for the company. Friendly, helpful and prepared to go the extra mile to make the customer feel genuinely valued. Coach stop was a very wet walk in gale force storm from the terminal. Even if not allowed to park by the terminal some kind of covered walkway to the coach would have been helpful.(Not Meteors responsibility but a thought for future negotiation). Parking price is excellent. I would be pleased to recommend the service to friends.
