Arrival Procedure
Please call the car park at the number in your confirmation email 15 minutes prior to your arrival, heading towards the airport terminal and Short Stay Parking. Your driver may direct you to the drop-off/set-down point in front of the terminal, or to the Red Short Stay car park (subject to local traffic conditions at the time).
- If directed to the Drop-off/Set-down point, your driver will meet you opposite the flag poles, about halfway along the ramp, directly in front of the terminal building.
- If directed to the Red Short Stay car park, take a ticket upon entering and drive as close to the main building as you can. Your driver will meet you by the covered walkway, opposite the motorcycle area.
Departure Procedure
Full return instructions will be provided by your driver upon arrival.

Other Important Information
- Your car is driven to a secure compound 10 miles away.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late or early without informing the driver, the car park cannot guarantee to book you in immediately.
- Please ensure that your car is properly taxed for the period of your trip, and has sufficient fuel to drive to and from the compound (25 miles).

I have used Meet and Greet before and have found it an excellent way to avoid the hassle of fighting ones way onto a bus with all the luggage and then having to do the same to get off at both ends of the holiday. The Crown service was very reasonably priced and i would certainly recommend it to anyone.
We were very pleased by the service we received from Crown Meet and Greet. The car seemed cleaner when we picked it up than when we left it!

I had not used this service before. It turned out to be quite excellent.Arriving back in UK from lovely sunny holiday it was pouring with rain and cold .We had a warm car waiting and did not have to queue for busses walk miles to the car or find our way around airport by ways. Great. will use again!
