Never used Meet & Greet before & was a bit anxious that it would be okay. It was so easy and would definately use Mercury's service again.

Concise instructions. Quck to answer when we phoned for both drop off and pick up. Friendly and helpful even though we got back at 11.45pm

Using the meet and greet service made our journey so much easier,it took the hassel out of parking,a great service at a great price.

Both on leaving and collecting the car, the phone was answered promptly, and the guys were in position to collect and return the vehicle. I could see nothing wrong with the car, and am happy it was well-treated. Thanks Mercury!

A great service and excellent value for money. We had used valet parking before but this was the most efficient, which made life so much easier. Car was returned in the way we left it. Would definitely use again!

Very smooth handover on arrival. No time wasted and we were outside the airport. On return our flight was delayed and it seemed we would arrive at about 2.30am - this didn't seem to be a problem to them - as it turned out we were nearly 2 hours late arriving about 1.00am and the car arrived within 5 minutes. Would heartily recommend to friends and family. Friendly, efficient and a good price.

A much nicer, easier option than parking yourself and having to get a shuttle bus to the airport; saving a lot of time. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the system. The drivers were friendly and helpful. I would certainly use the service again.

Getting through on the phone can take a while at busy times when arriving at the airport. Having not used the system before - it all worked reasonably smoothly.

We arrive a little early 10 min (04.50)at Stansted. Called as instructed and the driver was ready and waiting for the car. Similarly the car took the same time as we did get from arrivals to the red car park, we arrived together. Would certainly use again.

On time, beat us out of the airport, park seemed to be 8 miles away from airport so thought reasonable. Good work team

A great start to a holiday when you take the stress out of parking and getting to the airport. I have used this service before, would use it again and have recommended it to friends and family. Please keep the prices competitive as some are outrageously over priced.

Service was good, but suggest that you establish if price excludes the charge for getting car out of pick up car park!!

Very good value, would definitely use them again, wish we knew abouth them before. Only criticism would be about the return instructions given over the phone when coming out of departures. They were a bit hasty. The operator knows it all off by heart but he needs to be more aware that we don't! Excellent otherwise.

Timely collection and redelivery, friendly and best value available. No complaints. Recommended

Very good value booked well in advance. Slight wait on arrival but very prompt on return. Since original booking, Mercury have changed conditions so that the car owner now has to pay the car park exit fee - currently minimun £2.60. You do not have to queue at the pay machine but can pay at the exit barriers with a card.

Would use again if public transport not available to suit my flight times.
