This is the 3rd time I have used this service. My husband has to use a wheelchair because of poor health and it saves so much time and hassle by leaving the car at the front of the airport instead of having to jostle on and off the shuttle buses. Excellent service again

I'm very pleased with the service I received from Mercury Meet and would recommend this service to anyone.

We only had to wait a few minutes for the driver to come going out and back there is a little walk to red car park when you get back about 200 yards. would recommend.

Everything was fine except that there was an additional charge of £2.80 to get out of the red car park on arrival back at Stansted which was not made plain when we booked

I Booked Mercury when they gave you the ticket to exit the car park they suddenly decided to change it and did not honour their agreement. unfortunatly i have already booked them for my holiday in june and they are not keeping to the agreement,this is the last time i will use them.

Have used this service a number of times and encountered no problems with collection or pick up. Only gripe this time was that I was asked to pay the £2.60 to exit the carpark. This was despite my confirmation email saying that the carpark exit ticket was prepaid! Would be much better to include this cost in the upfront cost to enable a fair price comparison with other operators and also to avoid having to fiddle around for change in the carpark.

only issue really is the cost of the carpark on returning,i would prefer to have it added to the initial cost,saves looking for change,jump in drive out and home.not really an issue,service was brilliant,will recommend and will use again thanks

Very easy to book, quick phone call when approaching airport, driver met us within 5 mins of arriving, same on return from holiday

my only problem was when picking my car up i had to go to the red zone which is the furthest away so it was a long walk for my family which included two oap,s would it not be better to go to the nearest point when people arrive. regards m simmonds

One minor point is that I found spoken directions as to where to meet on return difficult to understand due to regional accent leading me to be in the wrong place initially. My fault really though for not asking again.

Would use Mercury Meet & Greet again and will be recomending to friends & family

No probs but would suggest mileage is written on their yellow form, and the parking ticket is purchased by the client when car returned to owner (£2.60 NOT £2.50). Also, as our first time it would have been helpful to know that driver would meet us outside terminal - we envisaged meeting him on a roundabout or side road! Overall, excellent service and happy to use them again, if the price is right.

Easy to book - punctual hand over and return of the car - friendly service - right in outside the terminal building. Will use the service again in the future.

The last time I used Mercury meet and greet I didnt have to pay to exit the car park this time I did. Apart from this no complaints and would use again.

A very efficent parking service. convenient and excellent value for money.

The staff on the telephone were polite and the vehicle was collected and dropped off within good time. When we returned from our holiday and collected the car the driver was in a hurry and was very keen to get me to sign the acceptance paperwork quickly. This is no surprise as once I got back home I noticed a small chip out of the paint work on the side of the car which wasn’t there before! My own fault for not checking the car more carefully before signing. Also, the car parking charge was not paid so once I arrived at the barrier I had to get out of the vehicle & pay £2.50 to be let out! Not a lot I know but this has always been covered with companies I have used in the past.

Finally found a really good meet and greet at Stansted. Beats all the bussing around and alot cheaper as well

Car was returned without the exit ticket being paid - when I called them up to query it, driver was rude and dismissive. Car came back with an empty tank of petrol - wouldn't use them again.

parking staff ready and waiting at drop off terminal and ready and waiting upon our arrival home at 11pm. Excellent service. Would recommend and use again.
