Whilst overall we were happy with the service there were a few minor things that blighted it slightly. On our return the car was delivered to us with a covering of dust all over the outside, not the end of the world but it was pretty grubby compared to how we left it. Also the driver gave us a car park card which he said would get us out of the car park. When we got to the barrier a message came up that we needed to pay £2.60. At no point had we been made aware of this and it meant having to reverse out (fortunately no one was behind us), go and find a ticket machine and pay to get out of the car park. When I called the office I was told that we had gone for the value package and that we should have been made aware of this, which we had not. Overall it was good value and we would consider using the service again.

Usually Mercury are very good. Last time experience however was disappointing; the car had nearly 60 miles clocked up which exceeds by 30 miles the standard Mercury allowance. The car was returned very dirty as if stored in a muddiest field, which it probably was.

We found the service from Meteor to be excellant at a very competitive price. Will definitely use on future trips.

dropping off the car was great - friendly phonecall and prompt pick up and check - wished a pleasant a trip. However I was not so pleased when picking up the car! Had to wait over 20 mins, although was warned drivers were all very busy. Driver arrived, with another drop off, to tell me my car was already parked there about 100 yards from where I stood. Then given exit pass - which I had to pay for at carpark machine - I argued that it was stated on booking that it was prepaid but got some drivel about blame the website!!! was not escorted to car to check over as was told any problems just ring customer services tomorrow! Got to my car - which was filthy!!!! loads of thick dust all over it. Safe to say I will not use again and would prefer to pay just a fraction more for the better service I have had from other providers!! A lesson learnt!!

As I use these services regularly at Manchester airport I was surprised that I was left with a parking ticket to pay which has never happened at Manchester. Just a minor point.

Car was not returned to entrance of airport and was given random directions to find it in short stay car park in the dark late at night. Guy on telephone was incredibly rude and patrionising. My car was returned to me in a filthy condition and looked like it had been in the Sahara Desert for a month! 100 miles had been clocked up on the car and over 170 miled had been clocked up on the petrol mileage resulting in me being left with a car on empty. I had left enough petrol in the car to get me home so I wouldn't have to stop on the way home late at night. I also had to pay a further £2.70 to release my car from the car park. An absolute waste of time and money. The driver was nice and had obviously encountered many unhappy customers as he suggested immediately that I should complain. I will not be using this service again. It cost me £45 to park with them for a week however with the additional costs including exiting the car park, cleaning of car (it was immaculate when I left it) and the petrol they used the total cost was in excess of £120

Was told that our car park ticket was paid and arrived at exit barrier to find that it wasn't! Had to reverse out and find a pay station - not great! Other than that, good friendly service - would use you again

The late driver left up the parking ticket as well, they brought the car back into the airport car park and we had to pay to get the car out, this never happened with any other airport parking.

Perhaps we hit a busy period but we ended up having to wait for our first call to be connected and then 5 to 10 minutes for the car to be collected on our arrival. Collection entailed a longer wait and we could have found our own car in the short-stay car-park and left the airport by the time our vehicle was finally delivered so we made no time saving. I'm prepared to believe this was a glitch and will certainly try again next time if the price is right - especially given the friendliness and apparent good will of the drivers.

Just to briefly say I was very satisfied with the whole service. It's the first time I've used it, was a bit wary of something new (have always used the off-site parking before) but there was absolutely no problem, it was good, it was reasonably priced and it was very efficient. I have no doubts about using this service again.

Drivers were friendly and courteous. On time for pick up and drop off! Superb service. Will definitely use again.

I was quite worried as it was the first time i wanted to use this service but to be honest it was very smooth and easy going, i didnt have the hassel to take my luggages in two or three stages.the driver was very friendly and nice.

It took a number of attempts to get through to the number we were given when arriving at Stansted, so would advise others to start ringing before leaving the motorway. Instructions were clear and easy to follow when we did get through and there was no problem when we returned from holiday although a short wait at the car park before the driver arrived. I would probably use this service again. We had an elderly person with us so the door to door service was great for them. However the car was absolutely filthy outside when it was returned, so if you have an expensive car, or you like to keep yours very clean and shiny, this may not be the service for you!

I could not fault the service in any respect. Excellent in every way.

Even at 4.00 am in the morning on arrival at the airport I could not fault the service I received from the APH staff. I found them helpful and efficient. On my return journey my car was available very promptly and without any fuss.

Best meet and greet I have used pick up was waiting when we pulled up at airport and delivery of car was no more than ten minutes from arrival call. Don't know if it was a quiet day but service was excellent both ways would recomend

Helpful staff on the phone when I telephoned for arrival instructions. Staff waiting for me when I arrived at Stansted but a short wait for delivery of car on return. I would use this service again

Written details as to exactly where to meet up on my return would have saved me waiting in the wrong place for half an hour. I was told when I left the car but obviously did not take in the instructions at 6.30 in the morning.A written detailed list of instructions would be very helpful. Apart from that an excellent service and I would recomend it to others and use the service again

The moment we pulled up at Stansted we looked behind us to find that the driver had just pulled up. When we got through customs we phoned the number; the driver told us he would be eight minutes. By the time we had walked to the pick-up point the driver was just pulling up. Excellent! I will definitely use this company again. I hate parking up and having to do the 'shuttle bus thing'!

If you were a can of "Ronseal" then you do what it says on the can.... And yes if you remain the cheapish then i will still be using you the next time i travel as thats what counts all in all...
