I found Mercury did exactly what they promised. They met me promptly at the departure terminal and the paperwork took only a couple of minutes. When I returned to Stansted, I phoned them from the baggage hall once I had my bags, and they were ready and waiting for me with my car when I left the terminal. In fact, I kept them waiting for 20 minutes thanks to travelling with 2 toddlers with less than immaculate time keeping skills. The man meeting me was still very polite though, for which I was grateful. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Overall good value. However, on arrival,when we telephoned from M11, the line was engaged until we reached the airport set down. We waited 15 minutes for someone to arrive. We called this 'Mercury Wait and Greet'. Upon our return, the service was very good and we arrived just after the car had arrived.Personnel polite and apologetic. Poorest experience for us with 'Meet and Greet' Malcolm Alais

We called their office 10 minutes before our expected arrival at the terminal and were promptly met by "Mercury Meet & Greet". The form signing took just a couple of minutes. On our arrival back at Stansted we called the office as we were walking through customs & when we arrived at the "meeting point" our car was there waiting for us. It probably saved us 20 to 30 minutes each way on the "Park & Ride" service for the same cost. Will certainly use "Mercury Meet & Greet" again.

A satisfactory experience although there was a short wait (approx ten minutes) for car to be delivered back to short stay car park. However I think was more to do with diverse layout at Stanstead - would certainly recommend and excellent value for money.

Arrived at Stansted at 4.00am. I phoned Mercury after exiting the motorway as requested, who answered promptly. They gave concise information on where to meet their representative. The representative was waiting for us when we got to the terminal. Very polite,friendly and efficient. Did a quick check of the car, we signed off the paper-work and were on our way. On our return, the same great service applied. Very happy with Mercury Meet and Greet and looking to book again soon.

Mercury was selected on price and previous good comments from customers. The driver was waiting for us on arrival and only a short wait on return. Both drivers polite, friendly and helpful. On return car was quite grubby outside, but a minor issue.

Staff were helpful and extremely courteous and the service was great. Would definitely use this company again.

I always use Mercury if I can - the staff are great, thoroughly punctual and reliable. They take all the bother out of airport parking and at a really good price. Don't hesitate!

Despite numerous calls & various promises, we had to wait 30 mins for the driver to collect the car.

Instructions were clear. Met right outside the airport. Car delivered back immediately upon our return. Will use again and recommend to friends and family.

Great service and great value for money. No messing about with transfer busses. Literally a door to door service.

Although an early morning booking at 5am the greeter was prompt to our call and again on our return all went exactly as promised. I was rather hot and bothered managing my disabled Wife and the luggage but the greeter was patient and gave me time to settle down. Excellent service and I will certainly use the Company again.

Recommended service for anyone flying out. Saves you so much time and makes the trip that much more convenient for you. Thanks.

The actual people were polite. My problem was trying to hear the options on the mobile phone..too many and not audible. Had to make 3 attempts to hear them, by which time we had arrived at the terminal. Apart from that, all good.

No problems - on time at both ends of the trip. Curteous friendly staff, car as I left it. Couldn't fault. Excellent value for money - cheaper than the long stay carparks.

I was told that it would be about 15 mins for my car to be bought back but it was over 45 mins late at night around Midnight stood in the cold. I would use again though.

Several times used Mercury Services. Excellent price and service. However the price never directly with the company but through comparison sites. Might take a while to find.
