There was no hanging about, a very pleasant young man came and collected my car almost immediately to my arrival. On return I phoned in as told, but later was not sure if I was waiting in the right place. Once again the person on the other end of the phone was really helpful.

Very good and effortless especially at 06:00hrs on drop off and car waiting on our return. well worth the few extra pounds to avoid the long term bus.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Everything went to time and as a woman travelling alone I would definitely use this service again

This was the first time I had used such a service but will not be the last. From arriving to start the holiday to arriving back to begin our trek home this service removed all the potential pitfalls and stresses . I will recommend this service and most certainly use it again

If like me, you are travelling with four people, with suitcases and hand luggage this is a dream start to your holiday. In the past; driving to off site car park unloading, reloading onto crowded bus, twenty minuets trip, and usually standing up, finally offload and into departures. And knowing you have got that again on return! With Mercury I drove straight to departures, offloaded passengers and cases, and within two minuets a Mercury operative drove car away. Simple On return, quick phone call, walked down to the car park, two minuets car arrives, away! Great service and well worth the money, will use again

When coming back call the company before you go through customs to ensure your car arrives at the same time as you do.

It's such a relief to arrive right at the departures door and not to have to wait for a transfer bus, not to have to lug luggage on and off it and not to wonder whether it will actually arrive in good time.

No fuss, no waiting around. Door to door service and cheaper than using the carpark. Would definitely recommend Mercury Meet and Greet and will definitley be using them next time I travel from STN
