The driver was at the pick up point within minutes of our arrival at Stansted and on the return our car was waiting for us. The staff were friendly and helpful, would use your services again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you Tracey Stachini

As a regular traveller, airport parking can be time consuming and stressful I found this service stress free with the staff being polite and efficient

we are very pleased with mercury. We used them before and they are just getting better. Even called us when we were approaching the motorway exit. We'll use them again.

This was the cheaper option for me, rather than staying in the short stay car park - it was so easy. Drive up to the terminal, drop the car off and on the way back, call them and they are there. Would surely use again.

I was very pushed for time The staff where friendly and very helpful, and did their checks and paperwork before I had managed to get my stuff from the boot. I will be rebooking again for this week

if you hate spending time at the airport, and hate lugging your luggage on a bus, then this is the best service to use. they make it so easy, just park outside the terminal, hand your keys over (once the driver has identified himself!!) sign the paperwork and off you go! No hassle. The same on your return, prompt return of your car to your feet.

Parking staff were brilliant even at a freezing 4am in the morning, both had a very good sense of humour, they had time for you rather than rushing through the process. Cant fault the whole experience, we had a courtesy text prior to travel and one waiting for us when we got back in the country explpaining exactly what we needed to do. Would definitely recommend and use again.

A great inovation, just park outside the terminal, unload the luggage, and leave the car in good hands. On returning, no need to go miles to a car park, and try to remember where you left the car, just phone after baggage reclaim,walk outside terminal, and your car is ready and waiting for you, even when it was cold out, it was warm in the car. No hanging around, and strait out of the port and on the way home.

We have used other companies before but this was the best value and best service to date, on time and friendly.

Whilst I had to wait for my car upon my return to the country, it was not entirely due to the company - since another driver had called to say he was ready to collect and was then late in collecting his car. Overall the service was highly satisfactory and I will be happy to used them again in the future

Was booked for New Year as was cheaper than all the others (£45) Wouldn't normally leave the keys with someone to drive the car away, got back and had the car within half an hour. Only downside was that for 'just off the airport' parking the car had done over 30 miles, so either it's parked much further away than they say or they had been using the car to ferry drivers to/from the airport to pick up/drop off other cars. Probably stick with the long stay on-site parking again, worth it if booked in advance.

Going out was excellent - swift and polite handover. Coming back was less satisfactory. Long delays in getting through on the phone and we were then given inadequate instructions as to how to get to the pick up point. Once that was sorted out,the handover was efficient and courteous.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and politeness of the person who collected our car from us. On our return we received the welcome home text as promised. Our calls were answered immediately. It was only a short walk to the short stay car park to pick up our car and it was waiting for us when we arrived. Instructions were easy to follow and the person who delivered our car back was equally professional, friendly and polite even though it was well after midnight. Excellent service and excellent price too.

Only negative was car was muddy inside where the Mercury driver had been as I suspect the car was parked in a field.

I am happy to recommend this service to anyone, they were punctual, friendly, efficient and it was so much better than having to find a parking space in the early hours of the morning, in the snow and then having to walk or catch a bus. It got my Christmas holiday off to a brillient start. Will use them again next time without doubt. Thank you to the drivers, great job guys.
