So much better than parking and busing in to the terminal. Minimal fuss and very smooth operation.

I have to say that price is always the key reason for my choices on meet and greet...they can vary by as much as 200% and most Stansted parking deals are a total rip-off. Having said that, the price here was acceptable under those circumstances, after which the assessment of customer service comes into play. This was impeccable in all aspects of our experience. It's worth observing that we, as customers, always have our part to play by making certain that we stick to our timings and if they go adrift to keep the parking firm advised. I was able to drop the car off almost immediately. Although there was thick snow when I returned, late at night , I was able to pick up the car with the minimum time outside. They texted to tell me when I could pick it up and even drove the car through the thick snow in the car park to the road ahead so I could drive it more easily. Tremendous service, really helpful. Would recommend it.

The driver was running a little behind on returning the car, due to an emergency, which may have been due to the bad weather, but this only turned out to be about 15 mins. This was still very convenient and a great service all round. A suggestion would be to note mileage on collection form.

Unfortunately we were caught in the pre Christmas snow flight cancellations. We dropped the car off promptly in the morning but by had to contact Mercury to say that our flight had been cancelled so we needed our car returning to travel home. The service was prompt and friendly and I would highly recommend them. We have rebooked our holiday and are using Mercury again.

The member of staff was waiting for us when we pulled up and took the car with a minimum of fuss. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled due to the bad weather and so we had to get our car back straight away. The company responded very quickly and we had our car back within 15 minutes! Overall an excellent service despite what was obviously unusual conditions.

Very good meet & greet service. It was snowing on our return and the chauffeur even had the car warmed up and waiting for us when we got out of the terminal. Will definitely use again and would certainly recommend to others for both service and price.

Have used this company several times and will continue to do so when flying from Stansted, always experienced excellent service at all points, very friendy and courteous attitude from stall everytime, highly recommended.

5 minutes wait when arriving. 10 minutes after phone call when returning - in the middle of a snow storm. No complaints it did what it said on the tin for a bargain price. Will use again and will recommend.

On my return I phoned the company 3 times. I was disconected twice. Finally I was told that the car would be delivered in 15 minutes. In fact I was waiting for almost an hour. I would not use the service again nor recomend to anyone else.

There was a delay by 5 mins when dropping off my car. Also on my return I was delayed by 20 mins when advised the car would be dropped off in 6 mins. I would normally not have an issue but on that day temperatures were -4 degrees!!

I was a bit dubious about using this service purely because I wasn't sure about meet and greet - would it be complicated, would I be left hanging around, would they damage the car, or drive miles in it. But this service was excellent and my reservations were unfounded. It was all very swift and punctual and there were just twenty miles notched up on the mileometre of my car - I cannot rate this highly enough - excellent value for money!!!!!

I was booked to fly Stansted-Amsterdam Thursday morning til late Monday night. I was with elderly parents and we were leaving early in the morning, so had to drop kids off for school at friends 7am! Mad rush and didn't relish chancing using an off-site car park due to missing pickup bus and having to wait 20 mins for next one. Then I found this meet and greet service - Only £27.00!!!! I parked at drop off place where the chap was ready waiting for us. Coming back, I rang once thru passport control, went downstairs to car park, was met by a member of staff who informed me the car was on its way. Only waited about 4 mins and car arrived. There are a number of men who constantly work there, so it runs extremely smoothly. Definately use again.

excellent service at a great price the car was brought back to me just as i left it and i was abroad for nine weeks

This was the first time I've tried Mercury Meet and Greet and I have to say they were excellent.

the fact that you just left the car at the airport and off you went instead of parking the car at the long stay airport then getting the bus and lifting your cases on and off ther bus

everything went well. didn't get the welcome text from them when I landed on the way back which they said they would but other than that all good. Just a shame they didn't wash the car which would have made the service perfect.
