As a frequent traveller I have always parked long stay with all the hassle that goes with it! This first experience of meet and greet was absolutely trouble free! I would reccomend it to all, particularly to passengers with lot of luggage,as it is so much better than pulling and lifting from car to car park to bus and back again! The parking staff are helpful and friendly unlike some of the grumpy bus drivers from conventional car parks!

We have never used a meet & greet service before but after such a good experience with Mercury we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Another successful use of Mercury Meet and Greet. Only query I have is that the previous time I used Mercury the mileage used was 12 miles, this time it was 24 miles. Seems excessive to park so far away from the airport.

Drop off was fine. But pickup went wrong. We rang when we had our cases and were told the car would be there in 15 minutes. We notes the time and went outside to meet the car. We waited and waited watching Mercury drivers bring other passengers their cars. The night was freezing so my wife and baby had to go back in the terminal and eventually the cold beat me into a retreat too. We called the they were apologetic but still it took almost an hour to get our car. Not what you want at the end of a trip, late at night with a baby. The driver apologised and said they returned cars in the order booked, so even though we had called, other people were jumping ahead of us for returns. He said he had seen me waiting when he returned 2 or 3 other cars. A shame to end that way - otherwise we would have enjoyed the experience...

Driver was very pleasant,punctual at departure and pick up points, no waiting around in the cold. Will use again and would recommend

We were off to Amsterdam for the weekend and were trying to find the best way of getting to and back from Stansted, coach, train or car. Came across Mercury Meet and Greet on gosimply.com and we shocked at what they claimed to offer for the price, gave it a try and found out they do exactly what it says on the box!! You just book in advance, give them a call as you're exiting the motorway (0845 number) they'll meet you outside the terminal, quick inspection of your car and then they take it away. On the way back you just give them a call again when you get through customs, and they'll meet you again. Simple as that! Will use this service again and again and again!

Very prompt on arrival. Had to wait around a bit for them to bring the car back on our return (10 mins) but generally good and polite service.

made the call from motorway was given clear instruction the pick up driver was waiting for us, helped with the cases and had a trolley waiting for us (my wife is in a wheelchair) On our return made the call (3.50am)again was given clear instructions made our way to pick up port and the car was waiting and nice and warm!!!Would use again nothing but excellent service and help Thank you

Excellent service in my opinion...was a bit sceptical when as i hadn't used a service like this before but wouldn't hesitate to do again. Followed instructions and there was no wait either end of the trip, person waiting to pick the car up and waited maybe 2 minutes for the car to arrive in short stay car park! I checked the milages in whilst they had the car as was as expected so glad to know my car wasn't used as a taxi ;)

Was happily surprised to find how competitive Mercury Meet and Greet were, booking was easy and service was excellent. Will most certainly use the service again.

We have used the service on previous holidays - only problem this time was we had to wait 20-25 minutes at the car collection point on our return. Wouldn't hesitate to use service again as it represents good value and convenience.

Easy to book. Phoning as we arrived worked very well and polite team took the car and brought it back. Would use again . Great value for money and not having to get a bus from the car park was a big bonus when you have children.

We arrived to find our driver already waiting for us. On our return once we had walked to the car park the car was waiting again for us. The staff were extremely polite and courteous, and unlike some other meet and greet parking companies, we did not have to pay to leave the car park, that was all done for us. Excellent value for money, and would definitely recommend them again.

We were a bit wary of booking a meet and greet as there had been an article about it on TV the week we booked it but we had a fantastic service. The driver who collected our car was polite, punctual and reassured us about my car. The driver who returned it was the same. An absolute find - I will definitely use again - the price was unbeatable as was the service. A big thank you !!

On our return it took 2 calls to get through and after a long wait. The we were told no more than 20 minutes and in fact waited nearly 40 minutes before our car arrived. Being busdy is fine but staff should not make commityments tyhey can't keep. Alsdo it will encourage people to ring too early and then cause waits for your staff when they don't appear.
