I turned up at the airport having forgotten to call when I was 20 mins away but the driver was already just 2 minutes away. He was very friendly and helpful. When we got back I didn't get the text that was promised but the driver still arrived quickly just as we reached the agreed meeting point. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Good value for money and I would definately use again. We had to wait approx 10 mins for our car to be returned, which felt much longer at the time, but all in all a positive experience

The service was first class,the drivers were friendly and efficient.I would recommend Mercury to anyone.

we use a meet and greet service at least 6 times per year and find it very hit and miss. This was the most efficient service we have used so far. We did not have to wait more than 5 minutes on either drop off or pick up which was a refreshing change after waiting 45 minutes after our last trip for our car to be returned to us (not sure which company that was).I will definitely use them on our next trip in November and finger crossed for the same service.

Mercury meet and greet did make the parking very easy at one of the worst airport you can travel from, I will be using Mercury again if I am unlucky enough to have to fly from Stansted again, but thank you for making the parking easy.

I was very impressed and so too was my friend you had never used a meet and greet company before. The service was efficient, professional and the timing was perfect. My only critisimn is that it would have been a nice surprise on my return if the car had been valeted for me!!! One can only hope...

As a Yorkshire lady, I searched the internet for the best value. I found it with Mercury Meet and Greet.

What a result...Have never had an 'airport experience' improved in such a way - will use valet parking again

We have used various meet and greet services and on balance would recommend Mercury. They greeted us promptly and although we were about an hour and a half late returning, our car was still at the return point within a minute or two of our arrival. The staff were friendly and professional - we will certainly be using the service for our next trip from Stansted.

a fast and efficient service. My only complaint would be that both on arrival and departure, I was put on hold on my phone so therefore ending up waiting for my car to be delivered. Having said that, when one of my party left her phone in the car on drop off, the driver returned with it immediately and was extremely kind!

The chap who brought my car back was ever so friendly and made me feel that he was prepared to go the extra mile. Great service.

Made our holiday start beautifully... Was unsure about Stanstead as a Airport as usually travel from Luton...However your service was better than the normal bus transfer ones...Travelling early morning with Kids was always difficult trying to move them and luggage onto transfer buses at 4 inthe morning ....You guys were GREAT...Will definitely use you again Thank you.......I also didnt get shouted out for wasting your time on return ,standing at the Blue pickup point instead of the Red !!!!

using meet and greet was the first time i normal use short parking and get the bus to the airport so using that service was wonderful so thanks very much and will use that service again depending of cost once again thanks

Staff were friendly and polite. The drop of and pick up point was easy to find. The whole thing went very smoothly an excellent service and good value for money.

Punctual meet and greet service that enabled a smooth, stress free start to the holiday. No problems with the return of our vehicle even when our flight was changed. Efficient communications ensured that no problems ensued. Would thoroughly reccomend your service to others!

I have recommended you to several people. Why park yourself and wait for a bus to terminal when you can use this excellent service for very similar costs. I and my mother, Sandra Welch who uses you regularly, cannot speak highly enough of the service.
