Having had a bad experience with a similar 'meet and greet' service at Manchester last summer we were in two minds whether or not to book with Mercury, but I'm so glad we did. Booking online was simple and the directions in the confirmation email were too. I called Mercury just as we left the motorway and we were given easy directions where we would be met by the pick up driver. We had driven 200 miles to the airport and arrived over an hour and a half early, but this was not a problem, the car was picked up from right outside the airport within 10 minutes of our arrival. When we got back, we received the 'welcome back text' as promised and once we'd picked up our bags we called and were told where to go to pick up our car. It didn't take long to walk down to the car park, but the car was there before us, which was fantastic service-we had been kept waiting for almost an hour using a similar service at Manchester airport last summer! I would definitely recommend using Mercury Meet and Greet and will definitely be using them again-many thanks.

On time, an extremely polite service which I will use again. So good was the service that they searched for and located a left behind item when they were contacted some two hours after leaving the airport. This one is really first class

Phoned the car park number at 4.20am from services outside Stansted Airport. Driver waiting for us on arrival outside departures on arrival. On our return phoned for our car as soon as luggage was off the carousel. Car was waiting for us as soon as we got to the Red Car Park. 45 minutes from the wheels touching the ground we were in the car and leaving Stansted Airport. We will be using Mercury again.

No element of the whole service was neglected to ensure that we knew exactly what we had to do, where we had to go and how to contact Mercury. Staff were very curteous and the whole process was desigend to be stress-free and totally user-friendly.

We called to say that we we had collected our luggage and was told that we would receive a call back - we didn't and had to call them again and again. We waited over 3/4 of an hour to get the vehicle back. It would be have been cheaper and quicker by bus.

Meet & Greet is a convenient way to park your car and the price for this service is not much more than the price to park your car in the off site car park. Why would you want the hassle when you can just drop your car off at the terminal and pick it up on your return without having to wait for that bus to arrive!

I found this service very efficient. I was travelling from Stansted airport and I called just as I was coming off the A120. I was told to go into the first short stay car park where I was met by a young man. He checked my car for any damage and then took it away for me. When I got back, I called them as I got through customs and they met me 10 minutes later where they said they would. I would definitely use them again.

The pick up on return was late after some confusion, but the manager rang to aplogise, so in the end we were very happy with the service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did have to wait but that was because my time estimations were wrong. Excellent value for money

Very cpst effective and very convenient, none of this parking and getting to the airport via courtesy bus. Very very good.

The price was very favourable. The driver came within 10 minutes of our arrival at Stansted. He was pleasant and helpful, although a bit rushed. Driver was waiting for us when we returned to the car park. I would have liked to look the car over before signing the return slip. Generally an excellent service and I will definitely book again. Good service. On our return thet were 20 minutes late. But they were trying level best to bring all the cars. It must have been a bust time!!!

Overall my experience was very good, only one small problem came when I returned, unfortunate a number of flights had arrived at the same time and the drivers were struggling to get the cars up - 15mins out in the cold - but not really complaining.

Not too friendly on the phone, but their speed, accuracy and great price more than makes up for it. Staff arrived to pickup the car at almost the exact time I arrived at the terminal, and pickup on the way back was only a few minutes after calling too. They immediately knew who I was and details of my car when I called which was very impressive.

I've never used meet & greet before but I was delighted with the service, prompt, professional and very helpful.
