First time for me doing a meet and greet, won't be my last. Mercury were very helpful, even when I turned up early. So quick and easy. No hassle at all when we landed, just rang the number once thru customs. walked out got swapped paperwork and went home! Great value and no stress.

Used at London Stanstead in Jan 10. They were waiting to receive car as I arrived. 5 min waiting for car on return. Service was efficient and easy to use - would reccommend.

Before I received your email on feedback, I was looking for an email no. that I could contact to say how brilliant the Mercury Meet and Greet service was. Everyone is so quick to complain, but I believe in feedback of thanks when I feel I have been given a really good service. This is the second time I have used the company and I still cannot believe the price I paid. Why would I ever want to just use a longterm car parking facility at Stansted, when I can use this facility for less money! As soon as I switched my phone on when returning to UK there was a message from them which is very reassuring! I am recommending their services to all my friends. Superb service for the money I paid.

Had difficulty finding the car and driver on leaving the terminal as we took the wrong exit for the red carpark. Perhaps a map could be included in the e-mail sent out with instructions as to which exit to take from the terminal. Because the car was covered in snow and the time it took for us to find the car and delivery driver (who was very friendly in awful conditions) the car park ticket had run out and I had to pay £2.50 on exit. I found this much faster and easier that the Pink carpark and the bus rides.

I'm not one to normally complain but on this occassion I hope it'll help Mercury review their customer service proceedures. We arrived at the designated time, called at the specific point we were meant to when exiting the motorway and then waited for 45 MINUTES for them to collect our car from the drop off zone! They were timing our vehicle collection with dropping off someone elses vehicle back to them and unfortunately the car they were returning broke down so they were about a mile from us and couldnt get to collect our car. The main problem I had with this was lack of communication. I called them after 20mins to find out what was happening and was told someone would be with us soon, a parking inspector luckily was in a good mood and didnt tell us to move on because we were parked in a drop off only zone and they're usually really strict so was pleased about that. Another ten minutes passed and I called again, only to be told they were in a broken down car and would be with us soon. AGAIN after another 10minutes i tried calling, and no one would answer, tried again, no answer, my fiance called from HIS phone and they answered and said they would be there soon. SO finally after 45minutes they collected my car, apologised profusely which was appreciated. But I would have preferred to have actually GOTTEN a call from them rather than having to contuinually chase them to find out what was happening. Lucky we had planned to be there early, if we'd only allowed an hour like you normally do for domestic flights we would have struggled to make it in time. Compensation would have been nice given our 45min wait when we could have parked in one of the carparks ourselves and caught a shuttle bus in but hey ho, you win some you lose some. I know this was a random and unfortunate situation to be in but it also means I'll never book Meet and Greet with Mercury again. I had to wait about 20mins for them to drop my car back to me which wasnt great either considering other companies I've done meet and greet with have taken about 10mins max, but I wont dwell on that. It beats a 45min wait! Sorry guys, but you need to improve so that your customers dont suffer during unexpected situations.

Excellent! The two times I have used this service I found it extremely efficient, the drop off & pick up was on time, the parking staff were very helpful & friendly (as were the staff answering the phone) & not only was the price very good value for money but you offer a much more enjoyable & relaxing experience than having to use the park & ride service as I have done when my husband was previously working in Germany. Many thanks, please continue to offer such a service for as long as possible!

I was a bit conerned when I read some negative reviews but apart from the car having a good splattering of bird's muck everything was fine and we would certainly use the service again. Beats having to wait around for buses and trying to remeber exactly where you parked the car!

First time using a meet & greet service - absolutely fed up of the shambolic bus service.....wait & scramble system for the medium & long term airport car parks. Was a bit apprehensive but it turned out fine. Met as soon as we arrived and on our return waited only a couple of minutes for our car. All business conducted in the red short stay car park - without any car park charges.

For our recent trip, we knew that travelling with two kiddies is not easy at the best of times and to make life a little simpler, we decided to try out a valet parking service. We found Mercury online and went with them, we were a bit hesistant as the price quoted by them beat any park and ride for the same duration of our trip. Those doubts were quickly dispelled. They offer a really great service - friendly, helpful staff from start to finish, car was returned in the same condition as it was left and arrived at the airport on our return in good time. Very happy with them and would definitely recommend them to all travellers.

All very good and worked well. Would have liked to know to drive to short term parking in the first instance as I hadn't received that information and drove to long term and phoned from there. Would definitely use again - it was the same price as DIY!

This has to be the best way to leave/collect your car at an airport particularly with 2 children (3 & 5). It avoids all the hassle of dragging cases, kids and hand luggage on and off buses. Mercury Meet and Greet were prompt - the fact that we had to wait 10 mins to collect the car was due to our flight arriving 20 mins early!

An excellent price and when we arrived at the airport, we only had to wait 12 minutes for the chauffeur to arrive. On return we were told we'd have to wait 20 minutes for the car to be returned but it was nearly 30 minutes. Still, the staff were very friendly and we were very pleased with the price. Thanks

Dropping off was fine, price was fine, staff were friendly, the problems begin when trying to get my car back. We arranged the return time of 18.30, my flight landed at 18.30 and I had already collected my bag by 18.35 so gave the driver a ring. 10mins until my car would be available, great time to wonder down. 10mins pass no car and getting cold, rang driver again, he said will be there in 5mins, another 10mins pass so i ring again, it will be there as soon as we can, very cold now and after 32mins from my first call my car turns up, not exactly my idea of valet parking. So on the day after i ring customer services and leave a message asking to call me 2pm on Tuesday 27th October, by Thursday nobody has got in touch with me so rang the booking line and left a message with them asking for somebody to call me, now its the 2nd November no contact, I just want somebody to sort this out. At the end of the day I will probably still use this service, but will be hesitant in recommending it to friends.
