Both the person collecting our car and the one returning it to us were polite, helpful, presentable and easy to talk to. I would say an asset to your company as they are who the public see and meet. We would definitely use your company again when the situation arises as it makes the lead up to a flight so much easier. Thank you

First time users whose expectations were exceeded! The driver was waiting for us as we pulled up, and when we returned, again they were there, waiting for us. Both drivers, and the staff in the office manning the phones were a pleaseure to do business with, and I would highly recommend Mercury Meet and Greet.

Good value for the money,only £5 more than normal long-term car parking at Stansted - and no struggling with luggage on/off buses. Lovely to get into a warm car on return, especially at 4am. Think directions could be better for people having to delay arriving at the actual airport departures when their journey's taken less time than anticipated. Contrary to an earlier review, our booking was confirmed via the internet, also e-mail and mobile phone. Overall, a good service.

Leave your car at departures collect at arrivals, it does not get easier than this.

Well worth the money. We were an hour late. Without you we would have missed the flight!

The service you provide is easy and convenient, most of all it saves the hassle associated with using the Long stay car park and the length of time and discomfort in taking the transfer buses both on arriving and departing.

Would definatley use again. Easy drop off & pick up, no worries about flight being delayed either. I was 4 hours late arriving back to Stansted & my car was waiting for me, no hassles at all.

As it was the cheapest meet and greet, I had my reservations if it would be a good service, but was very impressed and our friends who came with us said that they would use the service as prompt and good value! Thanks!

Everything ran exactly as it should. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our return flight was a bit late but this was no problem to the Mercury team. Highly recommended!!

The condition of the car left a lot to be desired. It was obvious that it had been used during my absence. The fuel in the car had been used and I had to purchase fuel to enable me to get home. The staff were all polite, friendly and correct; so I was surprised to see that something had gone wrong with the storage of the car.

We waited a short time for them to take the car from us, but not a problem. When we returned we called them once we had collected our cases, they were waiting for us once we arrived at the meeting point. Very satisfied with their service and would use them again.

Staff were very efficient and friendly. car taken away about 5 minutes after we arrived and waiting for us when we got back. i will definitely use them again

Car available without delay on our return. Good value compared ot all alternatives. One insignificant distraction was the lack of a confirmatory e-mail following booking online. I had to ring customer services just to confirm that you were expecting us.
