Arrival Procedure
As you exit the motorway, call the car park at the number in your confirmation email to advise of your intended arrival and the chauffeur will provide instructions on where to park. If the chauffeur is dealing with other customers, he may not be able to take your call immediately, but he will know you are on the line and your call will be answered as soon as possible. Your vehicle will be inspected for pre-existing damage. Please have your return travel details to hand. Your vehicle will be driven to a secure parking compound away from the terminal building.
Departure Procedure
You will receive a "welcome home" text message from the car park. After collecting all of your luggage and clearing customs, call the number in your confirmation email to announce your arrival. After you pass through Customs, turn right and exit the terminal through the door opposite the Zone D check-in sign. Walk down the ramp to the Red Car Park, where the chauffeur will be waiting with your car and your prepaid ticket, which is required to exit the car park. PLEASE NOTE: Your prepaid ticket expires 30 minutes after the car park receives your arrival phone call. You may be liable for any additional charges if you do not retrieve your vehicle within this period.

using meet and greet was the first time i normal use short parking and get the bus to the airport so using that service was wonderful so thanks very much and will use that service again depending of cost once again thanks
Staff were friendly and polite. The drop of and pick up point was easy to find. The whole thing went very smoothly an excellent service and good value for money.

I have recommended you to several people. Why park yourself and wait for a bus to terminal when you can use this excellent service for very similar costs. I and my mother, Sandra Welch who uses you regularly, cannot speak highly enough of the service.
We did not like the menu when we made our phone calls but in fact when we pressed the correct button we were answered promptly.
the only down side collecting the car is a long walk from the terminal, other companies I have used meet you where you drop thr vehicle off.
Everything worked as described, the meet and greet staff were punctual, courtous and helpful. After this experience and level of service I would not entertain the long or mid term airport car parks again. This is as close to good value airport parking as is currently available

Spoilt by an admin error for the return of the car, but not a complete disaster
I really don't know how these guys make any money. It only cost me an extra £2.50 over the cheapest possible car park I could find, yet they picked up and delivered the car back to me. Absolute bargain.
Excellent service- friendly staff much appreciated. We had to wait about 15 mins for our car on our return but driver did apologise and explained why there was a delay, so that helped. Many thanks
Driver was waiting to collect car when we arrived at Stansted, and was already there with the car when we walked out of the terminal on our return. Only 13 miles on the car was much less than I expected. Very good value for money, and very friendly and courteous staff make it a must for me next time.
This was the easiest way to travel. I just drove to the terminal drop off and was met by a charming young man who drove off with my car. On return I easily walked to the short stay car park and my car was returned. It was so smooth and easy.
This was the easiest car parking system I have used. As long as the price was competitive I would definitely use again.
The service we got was very good but we had to wait over half an hour to collect our car. If collection had been more punctual it would have been first class but we would certainley use you again.

I am very impressed with my experience with Mercury. even though i had a blonde moment and gave the incorrect return time, Mercury did not make an issue of this and were still smiling and friendly even though i was +/- 3 hours late. Thank you so much, and i will recommend you to all my friends and to work collegues.

We had never used a meet and greet service before but with two toddlers we wanted something that would be easy and stress free. We were dubious but given it didn't cost much more than long term parking we thought we would give it a go. It was the most stress free travel experience we have come across and would never use anything other than this service again. Staff were courteous, informative and kept in touch with instructions every step of the way and best of all they were punctual. The whole process saved a lot of time and worry. A big thank you all round!!!!
