Stansted Off Site Parking is a family-run business, committed to giving a high level of service to every customer. All vehicles are parked undercover, and their goal is to make your parking experience as hassle-free as possible.

Please ring the car park at the telephone number provided in your confirmation email 15 minutes prior to your arrival at the airport, and a driver will meet you outside the terminal building.

Call the car park when you're leaving Customs, then follow the signs for Pick-Up Point in the Blue Car Park.

Worked perfectly - despite us arriving for departure earlier than 'booked' and having a four hour delay on return the service was incredibly efficient and courteous, would be my first choice next time. Thank you

Booked on the internet only 2 weeks before holiday and paid £50. I normally book BAA Valet Service but this was just as good - and cheaper. I telephoned when we were 15 mins away and someone met us outside the terminal (this was 5am). He was easy to spot as he had a flashing bow tie (it was xmas). On return we called when we had our luggage and walked to the meeting point (2 mins away). We waited another couple of minutes and the car turned up. It had an extra 10 miles on the clock (what I was quoted) and everything was in order. We loaded up and drove off! Happy Holidays - this is a great service for the price.

Overall, very good, they only added 10 miles (so 5 each way) and we only had 3 or 4 minutes wait. Only small niggle, one of the tryes was almost flat so it looked like they did not do a quick "safety check" before returning it. They did however direct me to the nearest garage where I pumped it up and it has not gone down since so it does not look like they got a puncture whilst storing it. Probably a pre-existing slow puncture.

The company called us as we were running very late and re-arranged a revised pick up time. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The return drop-off went without a hitch and we were away from the airport much quicker than off site parking services. Would definitely use them again and hopefully soon.

I was wary using this company but now wouldn't hesitate to use again, and in fact will use aim to use this airport just knowing that i have access to such an easy car pickup.

Very efficient - staff were at the airport to meet us when we arrived and on return journey only waited a couple of minutes for car to be brought back. Friendly staff, excellent value for money (was cheaper for one week than price of two adults using stansted express) and very easy for travelling with an infant.

1. Can you tell us a little bit about your business?

The business was started in 1992 and recently bought by my self in August 2009. It is a family run affair with my son, wife, daughters and brother running it. I am a full time Golf Professional and it seemed like a nice business for the family.

Affordable, reliable and professional.

3. What makes you different from other parking companies?

All our cars are parked undercover in a locked, secure building.

4. What's the most interesting or exotic car that's been parked?

We have a number of regular clients with Aston Martins, Ferraris, and Bentleys.

5. Have you had any celebrities use your services?

Yes, but I am sworn to secrecy.
