Stansted Off Site Parking is a family-run business, committed to giving a high level of service to every customer. All vehicles are parked undercover, and their goal is to make your parking experience as hassle-free as possible.

Please ring the car park at the telephone number provided in your confirmation email 15 minutes prior to your arrival at the airport, and a driver will meet you outside the terminal building.

Call the car park when you're leaving Customs, then follow the signs for Pick-Up Point in the Blue Car Park.

We were a little late getting near to stanstead because of a traffic problem, so I phoned up to let them know we were going to be another 20-30 minutes before we got there. When I spoke to a lady at there headquarters, she was very abrupt and rude, she obviously had not been trained to be polite and Curtious to customers. On return to Stanstead after the holiday, I was told the car would be with us in 10 minutes, 35 minutes later it arrived. The driver was Curtious and pleasant, no problems with him. I know things can not always go to plan, but if you are dealing with customers, you cannot afford to be abrupt and rude, or we will just not use them again!

Unfortunately due to bad traffic on the M25 and M11 I was 30 minutes late on arrival. I did call 15 minutes earlier but then learned I had to divert to a local BP service station to Stansted as no drivers were avialble as I had missed my slot. The company does not have a drop-off facility at the terminal unlike other valet companies I use at Stansted and waiting a further 15 minutes at the servce station added to our family stress! The return was 100% better - I called the company after collecting our luggage and our car was ready at the terminal as we walked through!!

have had a good experience every time we have used this facility...especially good as we travel with a wheelchair and this minimises agro of getting on buses etc, never had more than 15 mins wait and have had on time or early arrival collections.

Our phone call as we approached Stansted was answered clearly with good instructions on where our contact woud be standing; on our return, we emerged from the arrivals gate onto the car parking area at the same moment as our car was driven into the park for us. There can be no quicker way to arrive at or leave the airport than this, and the car was exactly as we had left it apart from a few miles driven to the parking area. We highly recommend this company Off Site meet and Greet.

1. Can you tell us a little bit about your business?

The business was started in 1992 and recently bought by my self in August 2009. It is a family run affair with my son, wife, daughters and brother running it. I am a full time Golf Professional and it seemed like a nice business for the family.

Affordable, reliable and professional.

3. What makes you different from other parking companies?

All our cars are parked undercover in a locked, secure building.

4. What's the most interesting or exotic car that's been parked?

We have a number of regular clients with Aston Martins, Ferraris, and Bentleys.

5. Have you had any celebrities use your services?

Yes, but I am sworn to secrecy.
