"Parking is always at the vehicle owner's own risk". I parked at this car park, arrived back at 2am only to find when I got home the next morning and saw my car in the daylight, my car was scratched and chipped. After emailing them and waiting for 4weeks, their reply was as follows... "As a company we take pride in the way we look after our customers and their vehicles and we are committed to do our best at all times, but I hope you will appreciate that we have no control of a vehicle once it leaves our site. For that reason we ask that all claims are reported before leaving the site. I am unable to accept responsibility for the damage to your vehicle that you believe happened while it was parked on our car park. I attach a copy of our terms and conditions for your attention." ...Remember, even if they did accept responsibility, it will be your responsibility in the end because you park at your own risk. I would love to see anyone inspect a black car in the dark and find the damag I found. Learn from my experience, dont use them.
