Parking was excellent. Bus service was good possibly a bit dear at £2.50 a head. Family room was a little small for teenage kids. Extra bed was pull out.

This is the first time that I have used a facility like this. It was great being able to drive to London instead of using a coach. Also staying at the hotel overnight before my flight meant that I was more refreshed when I reached my final destination. Money wise I was better off this way as the hotel fee, including 9 days parking, was less than coach fare.We will use this facility from now on.

The hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms modern and clean and very close to the airport's north terminal. i was at first sceptical about leaving my car at the hotel and thought it would turn out to be a nightmare collecting it on my return. However, i couldn't be more wrong to think this. As soon as i arrived and got back to the hotel, the car was ready and waiting for me, and i didn't have to walk miles into a parking lot and try and find it. i was really happy with the overall service and felt it was really good value for money including an overnight stay and parking.

we were issued with a smoking room on the top floor when we dont smoke. The room didnt seem to have been cleaned well and the bath had all hairs on the tiles above which made me feel quite ill! Food was substandard but top price, and drinks were, for example £6.25 for a glass of wine. What a rip off!

We found everyone at the hotel extremely helpful and the room was very comfortable. A great place to stay over in preparation for a flight from Gatwick.

I found it very convienient to combine an overnight stay and hotel parking for the duration of my holiday . It took the hassle out of having to negosiate the M25 early in the morning ,it also provided pease of mind knowing that were at the airport with time to spare .

We arrived back at Gatwick Airport at 12.05am on Tuesday and we were waiting at the bus stop by 12:35am. The sign at the stop said that we should get the G1 or G3 bus. We waited, but neither of these buses turned up. At 1:10am we phoned Holiday Inn to find out when the bus would be arriving, we were told that we needed to get the G7 bus, which would be with us in a few minutes. We were too exhausted at the time to express our anger at this, especially as a G7 bus had previously gone past, but because we thought we were supposed to get the G1 or G3 we did not get on it. When we arrived back at Gatwick all we wanted to do was go home, not wait around in the middle of the night cold and tired!

I found the staff helpful and pleasant, which has become an unusual experience these days - I thought I had stepped back in time. As I was travelling by myself I was a little dubious about dining alone, but I needn't have worried.

We chose this hotel because we were travelling with our 3 year old. An early check in and being in close proximity to the terminal made this a less stressful experience. Car pick up was straightforward and no fuss, although the charge for the bus caught many people out (£2.50 per journey)

The transfer to the airport was reliable, even at 4.30am, and the drivers were friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the convenience and price of the overnight stay and parking package. However there was quite a lot of noise in the hotel room. We also noted that the standard of English spoken by reception staff at our hotels in Portugal was much higher than at our Gatwick hotel. It may also have been useful to receive more detailed instructions about where we could leave the car on arrival, as we had to park in a disabled space which may have been needed by a disabled person.

Good value, we had an early morning flight so we were pleased to be picked up on time transfer to airport good and quick. We would use this again. The only criticism is that the driver didn't take the time to say where we were and what the pick up route was i.e. Hotel A, Hotel B then South Terminal and final North Terminal. Food was expensive and bad so don't dine there. Staff friendly & helpful.

A lovely clean efficient hotel just a few minutes from the airport; transfer very good to and from airport. Although very close to the airport no traffic noise in the rooms. We would definitely book again.

Not enough choice for eating, only one restaurant therefore either eat there or pay £10 per head round trip to transfer to airport or use your car. Transfers to and from airport extremely expensive considering the distance especially if you need to go across to book luggage in on day before traveling. Hotels should give guests at least one return trip to airport free.

The hotel room we booked was a family room for 4, the bedding was not very clean and we had to request new bedding, the bathroom was not great, the hotel bar was clean but the prices were a rip off, the coach taking us to the airport was ok but waiting for one to come back was a joke, other hotels transfers seemed to be thick and fast but the holiday inn rubbish.

As a single person working for a charity, and landing late in UK, I had no option but to stay at a hotel. I am self-funding and thought that for basic B&B it could have been a little less. But it was excellent and I had a great night's sleep!

We travelled to the hotel the night before our flight and we were able to check our luggage in at the airport on the same evening, making our departure the next day almost hassle free.

Hotel is close to the airport, so quick transfers. Bus runs every 15 minus - but not during the early hours. Very straightforward leaving and collecting the car. Would use this hotel and service again.
