ESCAPE LOUNGE - AM reviews

Excellent service on arrival - as it was busy we were found seats by a very helpful lady. Could have more choice of food though - have used the servisair and was superior, although value for money was pretty good in escape. Will be excellent once they make it like terminal 1.

The chairs were reasonably comfortable but some improvement could be made in this area. A greater selection of food would be preferable.

Only comment is that we noticed that a few people arrining after us were unable to get seats if this had happened to us then we would not have been pleased.

well worth booking the escape lounge, it is most comfortable, the staff are very friendly and it is relaxing especially if you are a nervous flyer

This is the first time we have used Escape and we found it relaxing. It was good value for money and we will do it again.

Very easy to book in, really relaxe atmosphere and great choice of food and drink. Takes the stress way from travelling!

I cannot fault the lounge. For breakfast their is a variety of food and drink The WiFI works and the environmnet is a comfortable place to sit and work

This lounge is very pleasant and relaxing, but is only really value for money if alcoholic drinks are required. For early in the morning, only cold food is available and so anyone wanting a cooked breakfast (or even just a bacon butty) will be disappointed.

The staff and service were both fine,the relaxed feeling within the lounge set us all up to face a long days travel which I would have found not as easy without this start.

Only issue is with facilities - the toilets are no-where near and shared with others - not ideal, especially when you have to queue!

I always book the vip lounge when going on holiday,its the start of your holiday and its well worth the money.

Flying is quite a stressful thing these days, queing at every stage. For me, because I don't do crowds, it is helpful to have the peace and calm of the VIP lounge to sit quietly, have a snack and definitely a drink or two, just helps the whole experience.

Simple check in, very friendly staff, with can do attitude, the best way to start your holiday experience.

Having used all lounges at Manchester, I have found the Escape the most relaxing place to wait for my flight. It is a shame I cannot always use it when flying out from other Terminals. The staff are helpful and courteous and the lounge quiet and comfortable, just what you need before a long flight.

Read the papers, drink plenty of coffee & enjoy the experience, it may cost less than wandering around for 2 hours!
