From the moment the greeting came up accurately on the gate entry, our parking experience was smooth. quick and efficient. Even on our return when we landed in the early hours of the morning, we were transferred back to our car and left the car park for the return journey home very swiftly. Well done!

Car park would benefit from using numbers/letters to denote rows in order to help people find their cars more quickly in the dark!

Numberplate recognition at the car park entry & exit now makes it even easier using this long term car park, without having to worry if I need to speak to an attendant on exit clutching my printed out receipt. It's 2+ minutes from the airport building, with a regular transfer bus. So easy to use. Recommended.

A larger bus shelter at the pick up point in the Long Stay Car Park would help as it is virtually full when 3 or 4 people are in it with their luggage. Other people then have to stand outside. Not good if its raining. The same applies outside the terminus, but that may be outwith your control.

The same parking experience as usual at Aberdeen Long Stay at half the price. A bargain. See you again for my next holiday.

I went away for 1 night. The car park was close to the airport. There were no facilities; simply a place to park your car. A small warm hut but waiting place was a cold bus shelter. Not the usual customer care I expect for the price.

It took a good 15 mins from leaving my car to getting to the airport terminal which is longer than I expected, it would have been quicker to walk.

very easy to find,would recommend the use of this car park to anyone flying from aberdeen.

on exiting fo with voucher and car to barrier and speak thru intercom to get out this process is not made clear when booking otherwise excellent good quick transfers worth the £35 per week we paid not worth the normal price of $64
