Easy to book and easy to use at very advantageous prices. No personal interaction or intervention needed. Plenty of room and directions clearly marked. Lighting was good. No comments regarding security. It might be helpful to quote statistics at time of booking. We want cheap car parking - but not if there is a significant chance that car will be damaged or stolen.

the airport parking is on site so it is very quick, the instructions were not helpfull,because the barrier wouldn't take the card I booked with and there is no help desk inside the airport anymore but I asked a member of airport who helped me. Given all these problems I would still park there again because as I said earlier it is very quick.

I didn't see any parking staff. I just drove up to the barrier; put my credit card, which I had paid with online into the slot and the barrier opened. I then drove in and parked my car. On returning to my car I drove up to the barrier, put my credit card in to the slot again and the barrier opened and I drove off. It was so easy and no problem what so ever.

Service was problem free from start to finish, airport car park within very easy walking distance of the terminal. Excellent value for money. Would definately use again.

We missed our fligth back to teesside airport through no falt of ours so we were a day late getting back so instead of car park costing £24.99 have been charged £58.00

Ample parking spaces close to terminal building. Entry and exit from car park using debit/credit card made it very straightforward. Everything went as planned.
