This was the first time we had used this service but were delighted with it. It made our access and departure from the airport so much more enjkoyable and speedy. we shall certainly use the service again the future.

So convenient. Excellent instructions and directions. I really appreciated the back up emails. We were earlier than anticipated and your flexibility meant we did not need to worry about parking up outside of the airport and waiting. Thank you so much.

The car had 20 miles extra on the clock from when we left it. At the time of leaving the vehicle, I asked the driver how far was the car park from the terminal and he pointed to the car park opposite, then said "OH, where we collect it?" and he replied yes. Maybe he misunderstood me, but although I was surprised at the additional mileage, I would use them again as they were very good overall. Denise Hind

Fantastic company this is the first company thst actually picks up the phone and confirms your booking is correct not only that when I landed in gatwick after I discovered that the plane had landed at the wrong terminal they just brought the car across to my location no fuss or extra charges time keeping was impeccable. Do not hesitate book these as I have tried many and I cant think of any company that could match the service and friendly Ness

Good experience generally but was disappointed to have to wait over 20mins for car to be returned after coming out of customs

Promt to answer the phone , car was delivered swiftly and there were no extra chages.

I would not hesitate to use this service again and would recommend it to others. I have used other 'Meet and Greet' firms in the past but this one has been by far the best experience. The staff in particular for both collection and return were extremely amiable and lovely to deal with. It was not the cheapest on the list offered but well worth the extra £10/20.

On the day I was due to drop off the car, I called Cophall - as requested - to say I was 20-30 minutes away. I wasn't exactly sure of my arrival time as I was not using a GPS. I also told the woman on the other end of the phone that I was alone in the car, so would not be able to call when closer to the airport as I would be on the motorway. Nevertheless, some 15-20 minutes later, just as I was about to turn off the motorway, my phone rang. I don't have a hands free, and I know I shouldn't have, but I managed to answer it. It was Cophall, wanting an ETA. I said I couldn't talk as I was on the motorway, and put the phone down. So they called again. So either they weren't listening to me when I said I was driving alone, or they didn't care. Either way, customer service clearly wasn't a priority. On my return, my flight landed late - very late. I tried to call as I came through customs, but couldn't get through as the line was busy. When I got to the car park, no car. Every other meet and greet service I've used monitors flight arrivals. Cophall clearly doesn't bother - as I was told when I managed to get through to their switchboard. As a result, I was left standing alone in a car park after midnight, waiting 20 minutes for the car to arrive. Really rubbish customer service.

Lets be honest, if you dig around, and are prepared to make compromises, you'll get a cheap deal to leave your car somewhere in the area. What it comes down to, is the value you put on being able to arrive outside the terminal, save the time it takes to drop off your car elsewhere, and just stroll into the terminal...and the same at the other end of your trip when you arrive back after your time away. The £25 premium for the service to me is great value for a)peace of mind, b)not having to park off-site, c)saving time and effort d) convenience. Would I recommend the service?. Yes if your values are like mine. The meet & greet service was pleasant, courteous, efficient, and a good experience. Well worth the £25 in my book.

I use valet parking a lot and it is the first time I have completed a survey. I would very much recommend them.

They did everything they were supposed to, although when we rang to say we were 20 minutes from Gatwick on departure they didn't have a record of our booking. All sorted quickly but meant a slight delay in driver turning up, otherwise no problems.

We arrived over 1/2 hour earlier and called to advise: the driver came to pick-up the car within 10mins. Similarly, the car was promptly returned. Polite and efficient personnel, no problem whatsoever. Will use again.

Excellent service, drivers waiting as we turned up both ways. Would definitely use them again.

Arrived at Gatwick 1 min wait to hand car over walked straight into departures.. arrived back called to tell them we landed, collected suitcases walked to car park picked car up drove home....no waiting no messing car aok... Perfect

Excellent service and prompt delivery of car - car returned in excellent condition - cleaner than it was!

Even though I had booked the wrong time to arrive at Gatwick, customer service rebooked me and I was met promptly even though I was 10 minutes before my rebooked time. I couldn't fault the service, promptness and friendliness of this service. Well worth the money. It made travelling so much easier.

My first experience of this service was excellent. I cant rate it highly enough.
