Overall we were very impressed by the service offered. Being the school summer holidays, we were expecting things to be a bit more hectic, but everything is very well organised, the staff polite and friendly, all making for a hassle-free experience. We would recommend the service to others and would definitely use it again ourselves.

Very good service form start to finish, very punctual and efficient. On the return journey we expected to have to wait a while for the bus but it was ready and waiting for us when we came out of the airport. Definitely would use again.

As stated above l would recomend cophill above the other parking provides at Gatwick.

Mix up on return re transfer back which was not explained / managed well. Further from airport than expected especially as had to transfer via other Gatwick terminal.

First when we arrived to the car park it was like very far from the airport, but the driver made our journey so easy & close. It was exactly 10 to 15 minutes & the service was very good while going & coming.. Thanks

From arrival at reception to returning to the airport and onward transfer, the service we received from Cophall Parking was excellent. All staff were friendly and efficient. We will definitely use Cophall in the future when travelling from Gatwick.

The car park was probably a little too far away from the airport. The driver, who wasnt exactly over friendly wanted us to verify our details when he collected us from the airport, which I thought was a little odd. Apart from that it was an overwall efficent service, but probably wont use again because of the car park's distance from the airport.

From booking to arriving they were very helpful and polite, my experience was nothing short of perfect and have recommended already to others I know. Will definitely use again. Thank you all

I was very happy with the services that was provided while I was away, icwill definitely use them again and everything was taken care of for me . :)

The car park was easy to find and the minibuses from there to the airport seemed to be regular. The journey only took ten minutes. Coming back to Gatwick, even though it was late at night, we only had to wait a few minutes for our lift to the car park, where our car was ready and waiting. Very satisfied.

Good value, professional and no problems - just what one wants when travelling.

Everything was great apart from fairly long wait to be picked up on arrival at Gatwick.

We arrived earlier than expected to the parking area, we were dealt with promptly and did not have to wait long for the transfer. On our return we had arranged our car to be delivered to the Terminal upon our arrival. The driver was waiting for us as we left the terminal and was very efficient and pleasant to deal with.

It was a very slick operation. It was easy to find, there were no queues, staff were very quick, there were no delays. It worked very well for us. Although it was the cheapest we could find it is still rather expensive. That would be my only criticism. Otherwise, excellent!

Staff were friendly, the shuttle bus service was excellant to and from gatwick very easy and enjoyable experience would highly recommend superb value for money.

I cannot fault the price, ease of booking and the prompt professional service that we received. Will definitely use them again.

All the staff were polite, friendly, more like leaving my car at family's house than a car park. We dropped off at 3am and returned around 1am - so they're even friendly in the day time. Prompt collection from the terminal -even jump started my car for me. Would definitely recommend.
