despite booking i had to prove i had paid as the system did not update my change from north to south terminal,despite confirmation from your office before i travelled.

Great directions, found the carpark no problem. Vehicle registration recognition system allows you to just roll in after a brief pause at the entrance. Clear markings and arrows direct you to the spaces, buses transfer you to and from the terminal every ten minutes. What more could you ask?

Secure parking where you park yourself and keep the keys which gives peace of mind,the transfer buses are regular and swift, but it's not the cheapest option.

I was late due to fog and traffic accidents, only had 20 minutes from parking to gate closing. Found space quickly, bus collected 5 minutes later and made it to check in with two minutes to spare. I only spoke to the driver of the bus but he was polite and helpful. Car was where I left it when I got back, no damage or theft. I will use again if i ever have to fly out of Gatwick again.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we got on the coach from the airport everything went smoothly no stress would recommend using this carpark to anyone flying from Gatwick

Good value. Number plate recognition/parking ticket recognition failed on return journey. Must have booking paperwork with you.

we were unsure whether or not it was ok to arrive before our specified time of 5pm as we were 15 minutes earlier, our information did not clarify this. However we took the risk and parked at 4-50 but we were a bit worried this may incur a fine but it did not. Our leaving the car park was not smooth as the information stated we could use the ticket with the booking reference to exit automatically. However the booking reference on our barrier ticket was different to the one we had on our print off and we were unsure whether or not we could use the ticket automatically at the exit barrier. We therefore had to spend extra time going to check this at the reception who advised the ticket reference was fine to use at the barrier, it was very confusing to have two different reference numbers. The bus transfer coming back was poor as the bell on the bus was not working and we had to shout to the driver. Along with several other passengers, we were dropped off at a stop some distance away from our car.

However, the buses were supposed to run every 10 mins from the car park to the terminal. A bus was at the first stop when we parked and remained there considerably longer than 10 mins. The digital sign in the bus stop we were at (3) said due for quite a while before it arrived. It was therefore very crowded within a couple of stops and quite a few people had to stay and wait for the next one that wasn't even in sight.

Straightforward booking. Simple access & help where required. Friendly transfer bus drivers & very helpful with cases etc. If ever travelling from Gatwick again I would certainly use this car park again.

I arrived quite late in the evening and I had to wait what seemed quite a long time for the transfer to the car park but really thinking about it it was not so long. Maybe a notice board saying your next transfre is due in.......minutes would be helpful.

Convenient and good value. With a full car of travelers it works out cheaper than the train. Booking was easy and directions to get to the car park were clear and accurate. I would recommend it to other travelers.

Found the directions to the car park very good. The signs in the car park were clear to the allocated parking area. Bus stops are evenly spaced between zones and the transfer service very good, both to and from the terminal.

Car park was fine, clean, tidy and reasonably well sign posted. Moveable exit cones were not well placed so it wasnt clear exactly how to weave round them to get through onto the exit road. You ask "Were the parking staff friendly and helpful?" Ambiguous question really as you have it so automated that the staff, except for the bus driver, are non existent. At other Airports (not necessarily in the UK) the bus driver gets out of the bus, greets and organises his passengers, and helps them load their baggage. Not a hint of that here. Just as well I am not too elderly or infirm.

no problems with parking or transfer, not sure why north is dearer than south terminal. Toilet facilities in car parks might be useful as some people might travel long distances to get to Gatwick

It was well signposted and lit. We did have to ask that the bus would start its round at that bus stop. A check should be kept on those who use the disable bays. One car parked up and two people walked without any visible mobility problems. The staff in the office should be able to see what was happening

There were plenty of stopping points for the buses. There seemed to be very few spare parking places remaining with several cars seeking out spaces; not good when time is running short.
