The instructions on the confirmation mail regarding the exit procedure could be clearer. I had a ticket that I could use at the exit gates but the instuctions saying what to look for on the ticket were not correct. Otherwise the experience was great.

Price is ok could be cheaper but the parking facilities along with transfers was really good.

I always use Gosimply to get the best deal on parking. Excellent service with booking confirmation and travel directions. All in all very good service and prompt transfers.

The parking offered value for money. The parking was almost full and it took us quite a time to find a parking slot. I think the signing for free spots should be better to help the drivers.

Have used the service twice now and have found it to be exactly what you need. Easy to access, feels secure, only spoke to one member of staff on our first visit and he was very nice and very helpful. Would certainly recommend and would use again.

Would recommend parking here, transfers are simple and buses run regularly, parking is ample and all near a pickup / drop off point

I would probably have missed my o/b flight if the coach transfer hadn't been so prompt and efficient so thank you very much for the service. On my return the service was just as efficient. The signage for the Exit gates could have been better although that might just have been down to my poor eyesight!

Good for money but hassle as pre pay always goes wrong at gate!! Had a week pre paid for £40 on Internet, got to gate & it ask for another £108!!! Had to reverse up, park, go reception where mr happy, Staff took ages trying to sort out, last thing you want after a long flight!! Sort the tickets out so they recognise payment has be made, plus it's suppoed to recognise your number plate??!! Humm?!

My only complaint is that the staff in the office (at 12:00 midnight on Friday Feb. 10th) had no knowledge of the local geography and were not able to help me find my hotel. After an hour of searching I had to book into somewhere else. Surely they could be provided with local street maps. My hotel was nominally only about 2 miles away!

We returned last Saturday and because of the snow it was diificult to read which way to exit the car park. Needless to say we adventually found the correct exit route, perhaps staff could have kept the direction signs clear of snow?

The carpark was easy to find using the well marked signs. There were arrows to follow once in the carpark to show you where to park. As long as you wrote on your ticket it was easy to find your car on your return. I did not have long to wait for either the bus there or back to the carpark.

Was a little confused when we got there as we had pre paid. Sorted it out fast and with no hassle. Easy and simple, car looked safe

The experience of using Gatwick Long Stay North Parking couldn't have been better. The directions to the parking and the ease of the automatic arrival procedure to the directions to the parking zone and the automated exit procedure - everything was very well thought out and very efficient. The car park is very secure, well lit and extremely well maintained. I would use this car park again without any hesitation.

if flying from gatwick again i would definately use this company as long as the prices stayed the same very satisfied

I only booked 24 hours ahead of travelling, the vehicle recognition system worked a treat, take the ticket and park. The bus guy was courteous on both the outward and return trips to the terminal and the instructions on board were simple and concise. We flew with a no frills airline and that in itself was a worry; not having to add to those worries with any parking issues was a real godsend on the day. Lastly the costs of the service are worth the £8.00 odd per day, and the booking system was easily completed on my web mobile, pre booking meant that the costs of our trip were transparent enabling us to budget better prior to departure. Thanks very much.

24 hour delay in returning, no fuss, checked ticket and wished us a safe journey. Very unexpected and much appreciated.

I can't praise the experience enough,we parked the car and the transfer bus arrived just as we were approaching the bus stop transfer time was less than five minutes just what you want at four am..........on returning the bus again was with us within five minutes......three minute transfer.....straight through the barrier and off home....such a smooth process......thanks guy's......will definatley see you again........Simon

We chose this car park because it is close and only a bit more expensive with reliable tranfers, so we needed to allow less time for parking and getting to the North Terminal.
