I parked my car got transfered to Airport and when I returned I put luggage in boot of car and drove off my wife and I stopped at Livingston to do some shopping and noticed front number plate damaged I was very shocked so telephoned parksafe but told that I should have reported this to office at parksafe before driving away but I never done 360 on my car first time this has happened and I can assure you I use car parks a lot also my car had just had £6500.00 repairs very annoying to find when I put my car in your park this happened

the pickup and drop off was seamless the transfer mini buses were modern and comfortable and the drivers were helpful and courteous.

On Arrivaal, my car was expected and so was entered and parked quickly. Around 20 mins wait for bus to leave, and then 10/15 mins to airport because of traffic, which was to be expected. On return, bus was waiting to take me back to car park where the offered me jump leads if needed. Driver even took me to my car and waited to make sure it started. Lovely lovely staff. Would definitely recommend this facility and park safe as a company

I have used Parksafe in the past, this time on our return we waited 10 to 15mins for our transfer back to car park when the bus did arrive for us there was no explanation or appology from driver as to reason.I do know things happen but just a wee appology would have been would have been nice

Friendly staff found us space very near gate transfer outbound and inbound where no bother highly recommend

Easy access to the Airport and not to far to travel. The Bus was there awaiting our arrival on our return so help to get home as quick as possible.

Good customer service, quick airport transfer, car park not too far from the terminal. I would definetely recommend it .
