Purple Parking Meet and Greet

Purple Parking operate this chauffeur parking service for those wishing to be met at the Heathrow Terminal of their choice. Your vehicle is stored at Purple Parking's secure facility until you return.

Purple Parking Meet and Greet for Heathrow serves all terminals at Heathrow Airport.

arrival

On arrival at the designated area, you will be met by a chaffeur who will be wearing a black jacket and cap with a Purple Parking ID tag. If you are going to be later than your pre-booked arrival time, you must contact the car park on the number provided in your confirmation email to advise them. You will not be able to wait on the departures level, therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time.

It is essential that you hand over your keys to the Purple Parking representative at the terminal, so that your vehicle can be moved to the appropriate car park. Purple Parking can not be held responsible for any car parking costs incurred, if they are not able to move your vehicle.

Please check that your return time is your actual return flight landing time. If it is not correct please call 020 8813 8130 to advise the correct time. If your return landing time is incorrect, (ie. later or earlier than stated) there is a possibility it may result in a delay.

Call the freephone number given when your car was collected. Your vehicle will then be returned to you at the designated area. Full details of the return procedure will be given to you by the chauffeur.

This service is suitable for disabled travellers, as no transfer is required.

restrictions

There is a height restriction at the car park of 2.4 metres (or 7.5 feet) due to a tunnel on the approach to the car park. Vans are okay as long as they can get through the tunnel.

It is essential that you hand over your keys to the Purple Parking representative at the terminal, so that your vehicle can be moved to the appropriate car park. Purple Parking can not be held responsible for any car parking costs incurred, if they are not able to move your vehicle.

This service is only available if pick up and return times are between 5am and midnight. if your return flight into Heathrow is delayed beyond midnight, Purple Parking reserve the right to pick you up at the terminal by courtesy bus and drive you to the car park to collect your vehicle.

A no-show fee of £25.00 will be charged by the car park for non-arrivals and cancellations made within one hour of the pre-booked meet time.

• Terminal 1: Follow the signs to the Short Stay Car Park 1 (entrance on the ground floor).
• At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay).
• Keep to your right and immediately take a first left down to the lower ground floor.
• Turn right and drive all the way to the end and then bear left, after the portacabin until you are facing the opposite direction.
• You will see the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays immediately to your right.
• Park your car in one of these bays (Do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport).
• Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to a Handover Captain who will be waiting for you at his grey desk near the payment machine.
• Terminal 2: Drive up the ramp, fork right. Keep left for level 1, 2 and 3 but DO NOT enter the car park on the far right hand barriers. Take Ticket. Exit at level 2. Follow Off Airport signs to rows A (Bays 1 to 6) and B (Bays 1 to 14) Do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays.
• Terminal 3: Follow the sign to the Short Stay Car Park 3.
• At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay).
• Drive up the ramp and exit at level 3.
• Follow the road all the way round until you reach Rows A and B at the far end of the Car Park
• You will see the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays opposite the lifts. Park your car in one of these bays (do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport).
• Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to a Handover Captain who will be waiting for you at his grey desk in the lift area near the payment machine.
• Terminal 4: Follow the signs to short stay car park. Drive up the ramp and keep to your right.
• At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay).
• Drive down the ramp and exit at Level 2
• Drive straight to the end of Level 2 and turn right following the exit signs.
• You will see the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays opposite the lifts in Row A
• Park your car in one of these bays. Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to a Handover Captain who will be waiting for you at his grey desk near the lift area.
• Terminal 5: Follow signs for Short stay Passenger pick-up.
• Drive up the ramp, filter right and drive under the yellow height restriction arm
• KEEP to your LEFT and follow the sign for Short Stay Level 4
• At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay)
• Once inside, follow the arrows most of the way round to ROW R & S.
• You will see the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays opposite the lifts. Park in one of these bays but do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport.
• Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to our Handover Captain who will be waiting for you at his grey desk in the lift area near the payment machine.
