Star Parking Heathrow serves all terminals at Heathrow Airport.

A fully insured Star Parking driver will meet you on the relevant departures level and will identify you by your car registration. It is important to call when you are 20 minutes from your scheduled time.

Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the free phone number provided to you at check-in and your car will be returned to the departure lane within 10-15 minutes for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 and within 20 minutes on the arrivals lane for Terminal 4.

Cars with trailers or oversized vehicles that require more than 1 standard parking bay will be charged for an additional space, payable directly to the car park. Please be aware height restrictions apply at all Heathrow terminal car parks and the maximum height is 2.05m, terminal 3/5 car parks do have a high sided vehicle entrances on the ground floors.

NO ARRIVALS prior to 5am. There is a surcharge of £10 for arrivals/departures on Boxing day and New Years day payable to the driver on arrival. The departure times given are the times the chauffeur have scheduled for you, if you arrive at any other times a meet cannot be guaranteed. (please phone to advise of any delays). Cars are stored within 6 miles of Heathrow Airport in a 24 hour secured compound with CCTV and electric gates.

Arrival Proceedure

There is a 10 minute window within the arrival areas, therefore timing is essential, anyone arriving early or late must inform Star Parking that this will be the case and obtain agreement from that it is ok to arrive at the alternative time.

• Terminal 1: Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1AP. Once you have exited the tunnel follow the signs for Terminal 1 Departures. This will take you up a ramp which takes you up to the departure level, keep in the left hand lane until you drop down to the lower deck of departures which then opens out into 4 set down lanes to which you can park up.
• Terminal 2: At the airport follow signs for Terminal 2 and stay in the right hand lanes, go up the ramp, keeping to the right following the signs for short stay 2, DO NOT follow the ramp to upper level. Approach any of the 3 left hand barriers, take a ticket and enter car-park turning LEFT and follow down ward spiral to Level 2. At Level 2, exit spiral, turning left and follow the one way arrows around the perimeter of the car park to the far end, closest to the terminal buildings to rows A and B where your chauffeur will be waiting.
• Terminal 3: Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 3QG. Once you have exited the tunnel follow the signs for Terminal 3 Departures. As you approach the terminal keep to the right lane and keep to the furthest lane away from the Terminal and find a place to park up.
• Terminal 4: Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 3XA. Follow the signs for Terminal 4 Departures, as you approach the Terminal take the ramp up to the Departure level. There are 3 lanes stay in the third lane which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal and find a place to park up.
• Terminal 5: Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 2GA. Drive up the ramp towards Departures, bear right at sign for Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up. Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for Fast Track. At the entrance barrier take a ticket. Once inside follow arrows on road to Rows R and S.

Departure Procedure

Star Parking will return your vehicle to you once you have called after collection of your luggage. They will validate your ticket as soon as they arrive in the car park which will give you 15 minutes to collect your car, any car park charges after this time will be your responsibility to pay at the prevailing car park tariff.

Terminal 1: Pick up point is located on the ground level of the Terminal 1 short stay car park Row D. The designated area of the car park will be signposted.

Terminal 2: Pick up point is located on level 2.

Terminal 3: Pick up point is located on Level 3 of the Terminal 3 short stay car park. Once in the arrivals terminal turn left and proceed to the lifts, take this lift to level 1 where you will find a covered bridge which takes you to the car park lifts, enter the lift and go to level 3. The designated area of the car park is by these lifts and you should be able to see you vehicle and driver.

Terminal 4: Pick up point is located on ground level of the Terminal 4 short stay car park. From arrivals exit the terminal building using the exit next to WH Smith, cross the first four lanes, then turn left pass the payment machine, and then turn right your vehicle will be delivered to you in the furthest lane from the terminal.

Terminal 5: From arrivals make your way out of the building to the covered walk way go through the covered walkway to the lifts, then make your way back to level 4 Rows R and S of the short stay car park to where you dropped off your vehicle.
