Staff at customer service Inverness airport have always been very helpful and efficient. When flying to my destination I know my car is safe, secure and only a short walking distance from the airport.

A sheltered walkway from carpark to Terminal would be very welcome in adverse weather conditions.

I didn't meet any parking staff. When the weather is poor, the way to the car park is quite a challenge.

I was travelling with my young child, so could not drop off at the short stay. The road surface from the long stay was a disgrace with no covered walkway, on top of that,I have a damaged knee so really would have preferred some sort of transfer, a small mini bus would do. We were lucky that the weather was not inclement as it can be up here in the Highlands. i travel all over the uk to many small airports and Inverness Long stay is easily the worst.

I was concerned that as flight was delayed by 1.5 hrs there would be nobody at reception to frank parking ticket. I need not have worried, the staff were pleasant and helpful

1. You need to be sure WHICH Long Stay Car Park you are meant to park in - There are two apparently. Luckily, it was the one most obviously sign-posted. 2. There is nothing and nobody at the car park when you get there. We took a gamble, took the ticket from the automated machine and entered the car-park. Luckily, again, we chose the correct procedure. You need to take your ticket to the airport info desk, on returning from your trip, and get it validated. Remember to have your email handy, saying you pre-paid the parking. 3. Its a good 5-10 minute walk between the terminal and the car park. During the day in good weather, that's fine. However, returning on a very cold dark night it was not well lit, somewhat miserable and not a little intimidating if it had been my sister returning on her own. A courtesy coach at night would have been welcome, especially for single women or in bad weather. 4. Having said all that, the staff at the info desk were helpful and courteous, and since we had guessed correctly on all aspects, things went smoothly.

No problems obtaining space. Although it is within walking distance of the airport, transfers would be of benefit, especially in bad weather. The staff on information desk have always been very efficient and friendly.
