I never saw anyone. As I went through the barrier my car was instantly recognised. It was a short distance from the airport. It was a very easy experience and I would definitely do it again.

Very convenient way of parking. Just park car and walk across to terminal. No need to wait for bus transfers

Being at the airport itself was that bit easier than catching a bus from an offsite car park

Directions for your web link said go left but that lead us to the coach/bus park we were advised when we used the intercom, so we had to retrace our steps. Then very few spaces at 6am in mid-week morning, i think we found the last one, and noticed on our return that several cars were displaying parking fine stickers - as not in recognised bays, presumably as they'd not found a vacant space pre-flight - so why let in more cars than spaces available? Parking was close to terminal. Vehicle registration although printed on ticket not recognised as pre-paid so initially exit-barrier suggested pay again. When again used intercom the booking ref i quoted wasn't found but luckily car registration noted on system. Liverpool staff contacted by intercom were curt and not particularly polite or helpful.

Easy directions, plenty of parking spaces, seconds from terminal would definately use again.

The on-line booking process was quick and easy. When parked it was but a short walk to/from the terminal. If there is a complaint then it is a minor one, the post code, when put into a sat nav, takes you to the wrong entry gate! Pressed the call button for assistance and the gentleman who answered was very helpful, even though it was 03:00hrs, and directed me to the correct entrance, two minutes later we were parked and on our way, happy days.

Number plate was not auto - recognised and was not on computer when I used intercom. So had to then dig out parking confirmation from case in boot of car. On return had to leave family and cases to go to parking office for ticket authorisation to enable exit barrier to work.

Great parking and hassle free even with a lot of luggage and a 10 month old baby, thoroughly reccommend
