Simple to get to.Staff pleasant.Very close to airport.Shuttle bus frequent.Parking surface rough in places.Cheap.

could not have been better on arrival,but had a long wait on return ,but weather was very bad ,must have just missed one before.keep up good work ,will be back soon.

Fast, efficient, good value. My advise to others would be to write down which park you are in and your section number/letter.....otherwise you might forget were you,re parked after twoo weeks hols.............

The car park was very busy when we arrived and we had problems getting over mud and water with our cases. Apart from that we were very pleased with the service.

Upon arrival we were told to park in one of three areas. There were at least 6 cars including myself trying to find a parking space but there weren't any. Eventually a bus pulled up and I asked the driver where I could park. He told me to park on double yellow lines near a turn around area and said it would be fine there. I then asked the driver how long until the next bus. Only 8 minutes he said. 33 minutes later another bus eventually pulled up. I have used many airport car parks and this is definitely the worst ever. There was nowhere to park, the staff are unfriendly and the service unreliable. This may be the cheapest and that is definitely reflected in the level of service provided. I would urge anyone thinking about using Jet Parks to spend an extra few pounds and park somewhere else. I certainly will next time.

It's a good location relative to the airport itself, although much of the parking surface was packed aggregates, it wasn't too messy and there are some tarmaced areas on which to park. Finding a space at this time of year was relatively easy and we did not experience an overly long wait for the shuttle bus on either out outward or return journey. Would use again.

If you go when its dark, you will not be able to find where you are going it is terribly sign posted would not use it again.

When we arrived, we were directed to a vacant spot within 5 minutes. On return I had left my holdall on the bus and the security guard was so helpful and reassuring and the driver had made sure was safe and I got it back when bus came back around. So convenient as well will definately use again

Great value for money, very easy to find and bus service very effective, only complain would be surface of some area's in the car park other than that very efficient service.

staff really friendly and helpful ,transfer back seemed to wait for ages ,not enough luggage space on bus but overall service was good will use again.

Car park easy to find and very close to the terminal, frequent buses and friendly, helpful drivers - even at 4am! Great value for money.

Jet Parks is so easy to find, never a hitch, staff always polite and very helpful, transfers to and from airport plentiful and regular. Buses always clean, warm and drivers cheery and accomodating. We have found over the years that we have used Jet Parks it doesn't matter what time you arrive,day or night everything is straight forward and simple. Carry on the good work and great service. The only criticism we would have is...parking surface! Watch out for the biggest puddles ever!if you are dragging suitcases&wearing sandles,flip flops ect.Would be a big improvement to have some of these surfaces renewed, but please don't let this little blip put you off using JET PARKS, it hasnt us, we are more than happy to return year after year.

Really helpful I changed my car after we booked staff very helpful when I rang about this. we were sent an EMail the day before we parked.Will be using JetParks again

car parks are very conveniently situated near to the airport and great pricing as we booked on line in advance. It was quite hard to see where there were spaces as not all the ground lines are clearly nmarked and there was the usual case of "bad" parking often taking up more than 1 space. the bus stops were situated at regular intervals around the car park and the bus driver was great as he dropped us off in between stops right outside our car!
