Easy to find, adjacent to the terminal and virtually no queues to get out. The only drawback is the credit card identification system which I don't like and wasn't working on exit anyway.

excellent - easy to follow instructions both for getting to the car park and gaining access - faultless, straight to departures within minutes as car part in front of airport buildings. best value for money of all car parks ever used!!!!

The airport was easy to find, and the parking instructions easy to follow in terms of entry / exit. I did struggle to find a 'proper' parking space though, and in the end joined quite a few others who had parked on the ends of other rows. To be honest, the isles between the parking bays are huge, so they could afford to add another bay to each row. That said, its very secure and I wasn't worried about my car at all whilst I was away and it was good value, which is what I suppose matters in the end. I would definitely use the facilities again.

Excellent parking facilities,right next to the airport,easy access and exit. Very good value for money. Will definately recommend to friends.

Unfortunately, my card I used to book the car park with was not recognised as I left the car park late at night. Fortunatley, the gentleman on the end of the "Help" button was very helpful and on giving him my name and car registration number, was able to exit the car park without delay.

There were no istructions on how to exit the car park. Last time we used this car park you got your card stamped in the airport. This time i needed to press the help button at the barrier as I hadn't been able to get any other info from anywhere else. This was very easy and very efficient if only I had known before that it was going to happen. The exit isn't very well marked. Other than that it's great geting so close to the terminal. A one minute transfer is my idea of heaven!

hassle free experiance, i recomend it to anyone, no waiting around at ticket machines, straight in and best of all straight out after holiday.

Parking at Doncaster is just a short walk from the terminal. Lighting, security etc. all seem good. Getting through the barriers was quick and simple. Price acceptable for such convenient parking.

Straight in to the car park plenty of space and only a few hundred meters from the entrance to the terminal, ideal.

Everything was as expected until we tried to leave and the barrier would not recognise our card. However after 4 go's it accepted and we got away! A very clean and safe place to park.

On arrival went straight to parking space and on return no problems. simple and easy, Will use this company again.

Overall an excellent experience, I was very ably assisted with Airport Staff, who provided me with a Wheelchair to Check, the Check was very efficient, and on the return, the same personal assistance with Wheelchair to my Parked Car was excellent, a very pleasant and rewarding short Term Break...THANK YOU!

My experience was poor signage on the way to airport and when you get there its a big piece of tarmac with lights on. Just what you expect of a car park. As for friendly park staff I didnt see one member of staff. So all in all its what I expected

Doncaster Airport car park is easy to find from either the M18 or Doncaster; enter and exit. It's proximity to the airport entrance means that, even at the furthest point, yu are probably no more than 2 minutes walk to the airport entrance which is great when the weather is bad and a godsend when you return from a warm country.

I would highly recommend this service. A short walk from the terminal and high security in place at the car park. Very efficient and cost effective way of parking.

From the initial communication to the homeward bound leaving of the carpark, this could not have been simpler, more convenient, or more efficient. No frustrating machines in the airport to fiddle with, no silly little tickets to lose, and incredible value for money - I pay the same for one day at LBA as one week at Robin Hood. The 'Welcome Mr Lee' on the barrier when you arrive is a nice touch too! If only all parking could be like this! Highly recommended in all regards.

Firstly, when I arrived at the car park I was unsure from the description whether it was the one booked into as there was no name corresponding to BCP and the barrier was down. How then to lift this barrier? I'd assumed that the code number given on my computer print out was to be used to allow access into a car park via a keypad - or that I would insert the debit card used for the booking - but neither of these was evident,so I had to use the help button to have it lifted.Firstly, when I arrived at the car park I was unsure from the description whether it was the one booked into as there was no name corresponding to BCP and the barrier was down. I'd assumed that the code number given on my computer print out was to be used to allow access into a car park via a keypad - or that I would insert the debit card used for the booking - but neither of these was evident,so I had to use the help button to have Then once in the arrival hall, the parking ticket machine appeared at first sight to require me to register, but after inserting my debit card, it was rejected, so again I had to use the help button facility and obtained a ticket. Returning after our holiday at 10.30 pm on 1 March , on exiting from the Arrivals hall, a facing instruction regarding the car park appeared to require me to return to the machine in the hall to register so that I could drive from the car park. Again I tried the debit card as I couldn't find the original ticket. I tried to speak to someone using the help button but there was no reply, so i drove to the barrier finding it in the down position. Again I phoned using the help button asked what I should do, and, after a short delay without any further words, the barrier was lifted. It had been a long day and my fatigue may have caused me to be less sharp than usual, but the system does seem to be not very user-friendly!
