We are a couple who relish the relief from the cramped and ungracious aspects of tourist class. Tired of tepid instant coffee, unhealthy food and no room to stretch our? Go to the Diamond Lounge between flights! You can brouse at their buffet and have all your favorite food groups tastefully presented, plus alcohol if that is your desire. Real coffee! Sleep! A gracious environment with 1 hr of free internet! What is not to like?

If you cannot travel business class, you can at least get the business class lounge experience at $11/hour/person. It's a great buy when you consider the cost of the food in the rest of the airport. We always go there when we have a layover of more than 3 hours.

You are welcomed into a gracious lounge with a buffet and any kind of drink you want. The cost is moderate compared to the cost of food in the airport elsewhere. You are in a safe setting where you aren't worried about your possessions walking off if you get drousy and fall asleep. There are so few distractions and noise that you can actually unwind.

Some of the Starbucks coffee was delivered lukewarm - not very agreeable. Having a newspaper and room to stretch out in a comfortable way was great. The food was OK.

We needed to rest and eat a decent meal during our 5-hour layover and the Diamond Lounge fully delivered. They were a safe port in which to drop anchor.

They did not want to let us in,only after an argument that the lady at reception agreed as we only had two hours left. Thy only want buisiness class passengers or PRIORITY PASS executive members as this is there preffered partner,as i found out of another passenger flying to abu dhabi. The food is below standard and the service non existant, the only good thing about it is the exit as you go out. I use buisiness class lounges throut the world and i can truly say that this is the worst of the lot, even nigeria airport is much better.

The facility was very clean, quiet and relaxing. The ability to shower between long flights was worth the money.

In Brussels, coming from USA, it is very important to go to terminal B immediately at the end of the finger, before customs and security to enter Europe, or you can have problems or be unable to return, to access the international area with the lounge with showers. We almost pass it over, we managed to return. However, the service was good as they allowed us to enter also in the European area, as we had not spent the allotted 3 hours in the International. The international lounge was less comfortable, and the offer for breakfast was enough but not very complete. The shower had no bath mat to step out, there were no shower caps, nor combs. I requested for talc powder, and they had not (it is a good way to avoid fungal infections in public showers, that affect moist skin.
