This was the third time we have used this lounge and, unfortunately, it was not third time lucky! Firstly, food wasbvery uninspiring and limited to cold, dried up sanwiches cold , congealed pizza and cold chicken nuggets. Profiteroles and sweet puddings were ok.There was no brandy on display and when I pointed this out I was told "gone" in a very surly manner. Despite the fact that it was very quiet(only 4 others in) the staff made no attempt to replace it or even politely apologize. With a duty free one floor down it seems unbelievable that they could run out! Indeed the staff were more concerned with cleaning the fish tank than seeing to customers! This visit there was a distinct deterioration in service and , as it is one of the more expensive lounges we use on our regular visits to Cyprus it was, on this occasion, poor value for money and we will be thinking twice before we book it in April.

Everything worked well except for two things: 1. The lounge was hard to find, even airline staff had to ask colleagues. 2. The Receptionist was grumpy, seemed to resent us even coming in. Everyone else were fine.

I found the staff to be very miserable, which I felt didn't create the best atmosphere. The woman clearing the tables collected my glass which was half full, she certainly had a bad attitude, I certainly would not use that lounge again. However when we have stayed at the airport lounge in Paphos before, the staff have been most pleasant and agreeable. had this been the first time I had used an airport lounge, it would have certainly put me off using the service again.

This lounge is a vast improvement on the general lounge which I find stuffy and stifling. The food is adequate pizzas, salads cheese and biscuit s and sweet cakes and profiteroles. No draught beer but good spirit brands. All of this will be replenished if you ask. The lounge is quiet and cool with good wi- fi and the viewing platform affords spectacular views over the airport. I feel it is a little bit pricier than other airports but, overall we find it worthwhile

My flight was delayed for 90 minutes, and I had arrived early for check in! But, sitting in the lounge relaxing, reading the papers, having a bite to eat , a couple of beers and dozing from time to time, the delay was almost bearable. Definitely book a lounge if you want to make the start of your journey stress free.

£10 dearer than Manchester and nowhere near as good. The snacks were terrible and the service poor. The table we had to go to when we arrived was still full of dirty dishes as many others where.

The lounge is spacious and has various areas of seating. The atmosphere is calm and the supply of food and beverages just right for people awaiting a flight which may or may not have catering. Although a long term non-smoker, I was pleased to see there was a facility for those who smoke.

Fantastic range, of both drinks, & snacks, very well presented. The staff were very obliging, when requesting the replacement of your favourite drinks, when the bottle was getting a little low! Newspapers/magazines, WiFi etc, all available. Being able to sit outside, in the sunshine, awaiting your flight, is a real bonus, (particularly for the smoking fraternity, l should imagine).
