Important information
Flight information display screens are prominently displayed. Norwich Airport lounge can be used up to 3 hours before the flight time and is suitable for ticketed passengers only. It is the responsibility of guests to ensure they leave in time to catch their flights. For security reasons, customers are advised to remain with their luggage at all times. If you have arrived before your booked entry time into the lounge, you may be advised to return at your allotted booking time. Norwich Airport lounge has a smart/casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expects appropriate behaviour.
