I'd still rather pay to use this if I have a long wait, but the range of food was appalling, little more than sandwiches. Stayed on outbound trip and their excuse was that there was not much food due to a bank holiday. Visited again on return trip a week later and still no improvement in the range of food. Very disappointing when compared to other airport lounges.

Lounge is extremely small with few comfortable chairs with the exception of a few sofas. Service is very good and friendly but it's not obvious what's on offer in terms of food/drinks and self service would be preferable.

Found the lounge OK staff very helpful and friendly We had an early flight so there was no newpapers or mags to read I prefer the Gatwick Lounge as you can help yourself to tea or coffee any time, and its much warmer
