The Lounge

It was good to have a waiter come with the menu and bring your food to your table. The toilets were exclusive to the lounge users.It's a shame that it is before you go through security. It did not cause me a problem and the whole process was very smooth but it was on my mind that I had to leave enough time to get through security to be on time for the plane, particularly because I had no luggage in the hold to delay the plane for me!

The selection of food and snacks at The Lounge JFK Airport was very poor. Hot food only available at certain times of the day.Very disappointing compared to other airport lounges we have visited.

All in all I enjoyed the experience. The lounge was a little bright and warm that day, so the shower facility was a wonderful way to relax and get ready for the next leg of my journey.

A good experience at a quite time, only about 6 others in during my time at the lounge. Good selection of drinks, including soft drinks but the food menu was a bit limited.

Decided to book the lounge so that we could sit in a relaxing comfortable atmosphere prior to returning back to the UK. The Lounge was clean, as were the Restrooms. There were a wide selection of complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and fresh fruit and a small selection of pastries for Lounge users to choose from. I would definitely make use of the Lounge when travelling through JFK airport again, if only to escape all the hustle and bustle of the terminal.

Although The Lounge decor appears a little tired compared to other lounges I have been in, the facilities and customer service make up for this. The Lounge is still very comfortable with plenty of alcoholic and non alcoholic driks available as well as snacks and newspapers. When we first arrived, we were given a menu and advised that we could choose one dish from the menu. I had a chicken ceasar wrap which was very tasty. Overall, not the best lounge I have paid to be in but still worth the money.

This lounge was very quiet when we used it - we could help ourselves to snacks and drinks. Also there was a choice of hot food. The chairs were comfortable and the facilities were clean. We had plenty of choice of snacks and drinks. I used the free wi-fi with no problem. The staff were polite and pleasant. We felt it was worth the money to be away from all the hustle and bustle of the airport. Would definitely book this lounge again.

The service and welcome were first class. More of these lounges at other JFK terminals would be appreciated. It is a godsend in a barren wilderness!

My sister and I used the lounge at JFK on the way back from a great week in NYC. We did not leave ourselves enough time to use it to the maximum but thoroughly enjoyed it. Some drinks were used and not replaced - my sister had gone to get a Baileys and the bottle was there but empty, however there were other drinks readily available. We were also offered a light meal from the menu and had prompt and polite service from the staff.

THe lounge is before you pass through security. Make sure you leave the loung with plenty of time to get through security and to your flight. The lounge is really close to the B gates. Nice simple food on their menu, included in the price. Though remember their just a snack, as portion size is small (I ordered two and they were ok with it).
