The lounge is very clean with good facilities i.e. quiet area, cafe area, tv area, PC area and theatre/movie area. However, where the lounge really loses out is on the drinks and food available. The inclusive drinks are a few options of soda and then tea and coffee the snacks were extremely poor i.e. some weird sort of biscuits and that was pretty much it!! (although there was the wristband which entitled you to 2 alcoholic drinks) The food menu (to pay for) was pretty basic and not that great when it arrived. With hindsight I would not pay for the Royal Palm Lounge.

I enjoyed being able to come and go to the main area for the duty free shops, as it was near them but far enough away for peace an quiet

Easy checking in,relaxing and comfortable chairs,endless snacks,wifi,films,play area for the kids,clean,tidy,smoke room for those that smoke,only place that you can smoke within the terminal.highly recommended to all as great value for money.Enjoy!

Nice facilities but you need to spend at least a couple of hours to get your money's worth. Certainly better than waiting in departures!
