Pleasant, quiet stay, Transfer drivers a bit speedy but punctual, Free use of Health club with pool,sauna etc a bonus. Refurb commencing mid-summer I think. Good value when booked early

Although I have said the room was not up to much. This is the second time we have used this service, only this time out booking was not made with the hotel and we were put into a room with no heating then after 4 hours we were eventually put into a very nice clean warm room

When we arrived we were allocated a room opposite the lifts, the room was also a twin. The reception staff changed the room for us however we were still given a twin room as there were no doubles left. The bar food was good and we had a nice evening sitting in the bar having a drink.(although the drinks were expensive)

The hotel had three hundred teenagers resident who were running amok until 4am in the morning. Calls to reception to report were unanswered. In the morning our comments were greeted with a shrug.

Good transfer to and from airport. Instructions to hotel not that great as I ended up going over the bridge whilst i viewed the hotel from the bridge. Instructions should be writen by someone driving the journey.

During my stay I could not fault the Hotel facilities in anyway and received very good service. Unfortunately on the return journey we had to wait an hour on the bus collecting us from the airport to take us back to the Hotel to collect our vehicle, it was complete chaos as when the bus arrived it could only take 16 passsengers and there was approx 25 people awaiting this service (other flights arriving), due to the delay. We called the number for the bus service who kept telling us the bus should be there and then eventually they stopped answering the telephone, which was totally disgraceful.

we were made to feel welcome the moment we arrived. the staff were very friendly and nothing was a bother to them. we will certainly use the erskine bridge again. excellent value for the price we paid.

reception information and service very good. Poor underfott conditions and lighting in the carpark but security guard advised me thet this was being reviewed and alterations being made. Good clean hotel.

Arrival was good and staff were very helpful. We left our car at their carpark for the duration of our holiday, but on arrival back at hotel after holiday to have our evening meal there was also a convension being held at the same time and the service was far from acceptable. We were total ignored from bar staff and there were only fish and chips on offer as a bar supper as convension had booked dinner as customer were unable to have a meal in the dining room. Not very good service on this occasion so would not use hotel unless the staff remembered that we were paying guests as well as the very large party which were also there.

Longterm parking in a field next to hotel, room badly needed refurbished, transfers to airport only once an hour and was 15 minutes late, return transfer had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up. avoid at all costs...

Can't have meal on return from holiday to pick up car as residents only can dine in restaurant. Food in bar poor choice.

Great price for parking and room. Also included 3 course meal, which was excellent. It was like starting your holiday a night early, recommend to anyone!

Excellent value for money!! 1 night's dinner, bed and breakfast for two with 15 days parking and shuttle to and from the Airport for £69!! Can't beat it! I look forward to the next time!

A really good deal. It gets your holiday off to an early start by staying at the hotel prior to jetting off.

We will definitely use this hotel again next time we fly from Glasgow - this will be in Sept.07. Staying here was the beginning of our holiday & we did not have to worry about being late for our flight at 7.00 am due to road works around Glasgow airport, as the coach driver obviously knew the best route.

Hotel exterior is a bit tired looking, and some rooms in need of upgrading. Would like to see security barrier & more secure parking for vehicles, or parking at alternative secure park site.

Arrived at hotel, quickly dealt with. Unpacked our overnight bags, then down for a great meal. Very swift service to the airport and back. First class all round.

Room dull and dingy, not very clean and although booked early enough to accommodate 3 adults - one of the beds would hardly sleep a 5 year old - when addressed about this, we were told that this was the norm 3rd bed!!!! Hotel was further than expected, and awkward to find. Overall, this hotel was not particularly clean!!!

We have used this hotel many times and have never been disappointed. The evening meal is excellent quality and the breakfast is an extensive buffet of hot and cold food. Staff are always very accommodating and the rates are excellent. We will definitely return!
