I had a lot of complaints of which I took up with hotel staff. We were not supplied with lined or a proper matress for the babys cot we had trouble with the kettles in the room the room was very cold with unsatisfactory heating. And worst of all our room was entered on 2 occasions before 7am in the morning without warning

You don't need an early morning wake up call if you're on the aircraft hanger side of the hotel. The low drone of the planes starts at about 4am! The breakfast is out if you get up early but there's not enough to go round so you end up with a very limited choice.

Hotel room very cold even with heating on. Staff on reception on arrival were far from clean and tidy. Bar facilities very poor. Extremely long way to car parks.

I have used this hotel a few times and its brilliant. It's easy to walk to and from the airport (though the transfers are supposed to be every 10 mins i've never bothered waiting as it's not far from the airport. However the price is much higher if you show up at midnight because you missed your bus so be careful with Luton airport and book a hotel if you have a late arriving flight.

The hotel is very convenient for the airport, hotel is clean and facilities seemed good. Downside was cost and the breakfast was not early enough for my flight.

We were flying home early next morning so stayed here as it was so close to the airport. A nice brisk walk at 5.45am was great. Took about 10 minutes. Would recommend this to any one

It was very relaxing to be able to drive up the night before a very early start. The staff were friendly and helpful and it all helped to get this nervous flyer off to a more chilled start!

We would have expected a much better variety of food available at a Holiday Inn. Have stayed at other hotels in the group.. foodwise this was far the worst.

Thought that the parking was actually on the hotel site, not a 10 minute drive away. Probably would not of chosen this option, as wanted the convenience of close parking.

Although the hotel was great - perfect for what we wanted which was a stop over for an early flight the next morning, the bed was very springy which makes it difficult for two to get any sleep when one fidgets, At one in the morning I ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa bed with the quilt and my husband slept in his clothes on the double bed (as there was not enough bedding for two beds). Not ideal when you need some sleep for an early start. But apart from that - great.

Great to be able to walk to airport terminal (5 mins). Don't bother waiting for a bus unless you can't walk. However we had a long time to wait on return for bus to Airparks. The driver took a long route which dropped off a co-worker and was not the quickest route to have taken.

When we arrived at the hotel they had no record of my booking. However, they did give me access to my email to print off my confirmation without quibble but it is fortunate that they had rooms available!! The parking is generally well organised but when we came back from our trip one of their transfer buses was broken down so we had to wait a VERY long time for a transfer back to the parking.

Was easier for us to walk to the Airport - we're bot hrelatively fit - but we would have got wet waiting for a bus if it rained, there's no bus shelter. Room quality and condition was a pleasant surprise but the price was a bit strong for what it was

easy to find breakfast was great (self service) As close as you could be to the airport, but didn't experience any aircraft noise and it was great to watch the planes take off as you were eating breakfast. great start to a holiday

The family room was tiny, i stayed there with my parents and baby son, there was no room for his cot and i had to climb over my parents bed in the night to go to the toliet. We had to leave all our luggage in the car ans there was no room for it in the room. I explained the problem to the staff and they were very rude and said that was a family room and there was nothing we could do. We only booked the overnight stay so we had a good sleep before our long travel the next day with a small baby. Now i wish we just drove straight to the airport in the morning.

We found the room perfectly adequate for our use which was to get a good night's sleep before flying off.It was definitely a higher standard than the other one at the airport that we stayed at a couple of years ago.

The hotel itself was clean and very convenient for Luton airport. The staff upon arrival were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We did eat in the restaurant in the evening, the food was ok,however we did have to wait along time, and the restaurant staff were not what i would call enthusiastic or friendly. Overall the hotel is good and the airport parking is excellent,we would stay again

Ideal stop over hotel for early morning departures A mini courtesy transfer service ( even with a small charge) would have made a big difference. Only option was to pull your luggage around the perimeter road ( about 15 minutes pull) or book a taxi.

The room we were allocated was already in use. When we entered the room, another guest was in bed. We were not impressed with the reaction of the staff on reception who appeared indifferent.
